Very fast delivery. Bottles were well protected.

The wine was lovely, like a champagne but the bottle that I opened smelt very strongly of cabbage. I decanted it and let it breath but the smell got stronger? I wanted to gift it to a friend but I'm not sure if I should now.

Customer service was exceptional, the wine was really rather good! It had a delicious back taste which along with the sparkling bubbles created an experience not to be missed. I only wish it were this special price all summer!
Delivery service was abysmal unfortunately, however the wine eventually arrived to much relief!

My order was delivered today, just a week after I placed it so very happy with that. My only slightly negative comment was that I was not advised about the delivery. But very pleased with the packaging and a polite delivery man.

Having come across Winebuyers whilst buying wine form another supplier I thought I'd give them a try. Unfortunately my delivery was damaged during transit. Rather than await the outcome of the damaged delivery and having read a review of the wine I had ordered I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. I'm happy to say that Peter did respond to my emails and refund my payment without any hassle. I may be tempted to try Winebuyers again but the delivery has tainted the experience and put me off so far.

It’s a potential great app. I like fine wine and champagne so choice is a little challenging `but sometimes the odd gem comes along for me to make the subscription worth it. Just do your research and see what works for you

My order didn’t arrive

Credit where credit is due, my order arrived quickly but the supplier sent the wrong vintage (a 2022 instead of a 2021, which was specifically the one I was after. I reached out to Winebuyers customer service team who responded very quickly offered a solution. The incorrect wire was collected and the correct wine delivered two days later.

It’s situations like these were good customer service really wins business a problem like this could’ve been an absolute nightmare to resolve, so I’m very grateful that they sorted it out so quickly and they have definitely won a customer for life.
