Big selling emails and PR but just average cheap wines at the price they should be sold. Great and quick service but that’s it. I got what I paid for, just, and free delivery was coming covered by the gap between cost of wine and what I paid. Those who shout loudest are always a let down - see Farage for comparison.

I understood from their advert that I…
I understood from their advert that I would get six randomly selected different wines, possibly one or two pretty good ones, BUT what arrived were two bottles of three fairly ordinary wines (in other words three pairs equals six!), none being more than 11 percent. A very misleading advert so I am disappointed even though at less than £7 per bottle I suppose I haven’t been completely ripped off. Let’s hope they drink well.

I have not received any confirmation…
I have not received any confirmation email about my order which was placed 5 days ago, the money has been taken and the number to call is not working so I can't find out whats going on. Not very good so far
Update after wine buyers response.
I have already emailed the address you gave over a week ago and have received no response. I absolutely do have a genuine order that's not been delivered in nearly 2 weeks. I have received no message regarding this review. You clearly do not take customer service seriously or the email I have already sent would have been answered, however it has not and I'm still without my sake

As mentioned previously, every order placed on our website automatically generates an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and we have no record of an order under the name or details associated with this review.
You mentioned that you emailed us over a week ago, but unfortunately we also cannot locate any message relating to a missing order. We take customer service seriously and respond to all genuine enquiries, so if an order had been received we would of course investigate it straight away.

Delivery took around 10 days which is quite long I suppose but it was coming directly from France and I was kept up-to-date with all tracking updates et cetera so can’t really complain. Everything went quite smoothly. 👍🏼

no response to problems
Unfortunately, the item delivered was not what I ordered. Customer service responds to several emails, but they send out review emails almost daily – asking about my satisfaction. I've now submitted a review and will be getting a refund through the payment service. I expect they'll respond then – what a shame!
