Widecalfbootsstore Omdömen

Excellent service free delivery and free no nonsense returns. Highly recommend.

Mostly a first class service. My e mail query was answered promptly and it was easy to order thereafter. My order arrived quickly and I am thrilled with my boots. I only took off a star because next time I tried to log in it wouldn't accept the password I set up and I had no reply when I tried to reset it. I'm not put off and will be on the look out for more boots as further stock comes in.

I’ve always had trouble getting boots to fit my big calf and the embarrassment in the shops not being able to do the zipper up . But after finding this website I was over the moon . I’ve got some lovely looking country boots, so much so I’ve been telling everyone at my work place about the website and what great choice of boots to choose from .

an excellent company who provide great boots and excellent customer service.

Beautiful boots, luxurious leather and a perfect fit.
I have struggled to find good quality boots which fit well, until now that is.
I will certainly be using this company again and sharing the website with my friends.
I can’t tell you just how wonderful it was to put on these lovely boots and find the fit was perfect. Super with jeans and stunning with a dress.
Well worth the price tag 😀😀

Website easy to navigate. Boots very well wrapped and promptly posted - received the next day. Excellent service!

Boots arrived very quickly, website easy to use. The boots were excellent quality, beautiful leather, unfortunately, the wrong size.

I had problems in using the website to return the boots. Because the boots were faulty I had to upload photos so they could contact the manufacturer. Not really my problem but this feature wasn't working and so it was frustrating. Customer services said I had to use the faulty goods return despite there being a guaranteed returns policy anyway. In the end I just did a ordinary return - hope this means doesn't mean someone else gets the boots that had clearly been worn.

I have never been able to find boots wide enough around the calf, but with these I can even wear jeans inside. Was so pleased I have purchased another pair in a different colour. The leather is beautiful and the zipper good quality. Your products have made a 71 year old very happy to be as fashionable as any 21 year old, for the first time in my life. Thank you. Can anything be improved, I don’t think so.

Outstanding customer service.... The boots are excellent quality.

Great products, super fast delivery, excellent service all round.
I would definitely recommend to try the website. Boots are a perfect fit. Really pleased with the service and items.

First time using this website / store

Firstly the company it is not in the UK

I made 4 calls to the customer service for advice before ordering to avoid a return but still received wrong sized boots

The customer service team in my opinion do not have an understanding of the boots sizing and I state this with confidence after speaking to 4 different employees

Would not recommend this site

Jilsen Boots / Duo Boots both outstanding

Great advice on measuring what required with great choice for my size. Boots feel good quality and fit perfectly.

The service is really good. Unfortunately I needed to return the boots but this was really easy and without quibbles

Wonderful selection of footwear, beautiful quality leather and so comfortable. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

Quick to dispatch and keep up to date.. Just the delivery firm I had a few issues with

Absolutely lovely boot, well made, good quality and very versatile.
A boot that caters for an extra large calf but standard foot!
The service was great, easy to other and kept me informed of delivery which arrived when they said! Perfect

I cannot praise this company enough! I have always wanted a pair of knee length boots but have never managed to get any to fit my large calves. Searching on the internet I discovered this company and was over the moon. Such a range for me to choose from. I ordered my boots on a Friday and received them on Monday - all the way from Holland! The boots are a delight to wear and superb quality and lovely leather. Thank you so much .

Accurate sizing for calf measurements. It would be good if each product had a side, front and back photo.
Well packed and quick delivery.

I struggle with getting wider calf boots that at the same time are excellent quality and look stylish. A friend recommended this website. Normally wider calf boots are chunky riding boots, but not on this website - so many choices of styles and colours. You put in your actual measurements, it calculates the size for you, and voila. I ordered high leg heeled Jilsen pair, for the price, they are an excellent choice, as it is minimum half of the made to measure boots here in London. I am very happy with the ease of the website, the breadth of the choices, amazing speed with which I received the goods, literally 2 days and they were here, excellently packed, at that. Will definitely use again.
