The quality of the boots is great but unfortunately they didn't fit. I'm having real trouble trying to return them as UPS require a phone number, which isn't available. I wouldn't buy from here again, simply because of this.

Boots supplied from Europe, not UK. Return had to be the same at a cost of £40. Refund requested. Receipt of return denied. Proof of delivery provided (so no recourse with Royal Mail) receipt still denied. NO REFUND GIVEN. Loss of £130 for the boots (which were badly made and too small despite correct size being ordered) plus £40 for Royal Mail tracked to Europe, total £170.

Just ordered boots from this shop which has a .co.uk domain name and is not transparent that it's not a UK company. Anyway, having read the reviews now I know to expect a customs / handling charge when I receive the boots. HOWEVER, the delivery estimate said 2 weeks when I ordered them, and then this changed to two MONTHS when I got the order confirmation. I immediately emailed the customer services questioning this and received the exact same email again stating a delivery time of almost two months. Please be aware that a) this is not a UK based company despite the website address, b) the delivery estimates are misleading c) they send automated responses to your questions, d) expect customs charges and handling/shipping fees upon receipt of your boots.
I just hope these fit as I can imagine the return process would be an utter nightmare given my experience so far, and I only ordered them today! I will update this review when and if I receive the boots.
EDITED 15/12 - They just arrived. I am upping the stars to 4 stars, because the boots are very very nice. They are a TINY bit too big in the calf but that is my fault for ordering a half size too big, as my own size was out of stock. They will be fine with thick tights and/or boot cuffs over the top. ALSO - I was NOT CHARGED ANY CUSTOMS or extra fees at all. They just arrived from the courier, no fees required. I don't know if I was just lucky? Anyway, the boots are great and they only took 11 days to get to the UK despite the email saying it would be up to two months! Happy. Will use again.

The boots look fabulous. Arrived when expected. Seem a little tight at the moment, so hoping stretch spray will help with that

What a find,I have struggled for years with finding boots to fit my feet after many operations. I’m a wide fit size 9 and 19 inch calf,these are absolutely perfect.

So easy to shop and amazed at the selection of wide calf boots.

Shipped wrong boots with none of the required return documentation, then ignored me for a month. They don't answer their phone or reply to emails. I sent them via courier and they rejected the shipment. Seeking refund via bank. Another scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My second review !! Absolutely disgusted!! Have sent at least 7 emails to their customer service with no reply. Have returned the boots which were far too small and they are stuck in customs and I don’t know how to proceed from here

Easy to search for and find the right size. Calves nice and generous. Be ware of import tax to the UK - I got stung for £68 for 2xpairs of boots (and the delivery driver took them to the wrong address!). Also just because the calves are wide, don't expect the ankles to be too - if you've chubby little legs like I do you'll be sensible to invest in some boot stretchers! Overall a good experience though.

BEWARE, ITS A TRAP, AVOID!!! You will be Taxed heavily on all goods bought. Very misleading as company website is .co.uk and so is their email... No telephone, email that never get response from. Quality isn't great at all and once you've been taxed on receipt of your parcel, the boots work out really expensive! Worse still, sent back boots and never hear anything.. So, massively out of pocket with no refund, taxed on goods I've actually returned and can't get refund plus another £40 to send back to Netherlands! Please don't be caught out like me!!

Well the boots I bought for my wife are the wrong size in width even following the charts on the website. I’ve sent photos of how far wrong they are and they are wasting my time with nonsense. After a lot of back and forth on emails they said the had sent all information to their suppliers then it was with their service department. This is clearly rubbish as it’s been several weeks and I’ve heard nothing from them! It is not cost affective to send the boots back from the UK and they know that. Their chart are rubbish so it is their fault that the boots don’t fit but they appear not to care. Be warned and don’t deal with them.

The boots could not be delivered to Guernsey where I live so I had to have the sent to family in the UK. I will therefore not be able to try them until just before Christmas.
In top of this, the additional charges were extremely expensive. I just hope the boots fit. If I had know it would be so difficult and expensive, I would not have ordered them from you.

It's been a week since I placed the order. The parcel has not yet left Netherland and after border check it was automaticaly returned to the sender. Unexplained delayed shipment. I am disappointed and seriously considering cancellation.
I would like to add that the purchase was cancelled automatically. I got an email notification of a refund but have not got it yet. Unreliable online store.

Great selection of boots which cater for short legs/wide calf’s. Fast shipping. The only downside is the tax/handling fee charged by UPS for customs checks. Netherlands to Uk. This was charged at £51 in addition to the shipping already paid which resulted in a very expensive pair of boots. Hope they last!

Shocking experience! £85 import duties on top of the price of 2 pairs of boots. The boots are poorly soled and will leak as soon as I wear them No one is available to contact. The email address with the customer enquiries doesn't work. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying. I wouldn't have bothered. One very very dissatisfied customer and noone to contact. I'll keep posting negative reviews until they make contact.

UPDATE
I have resolved the issue with the Company who have given me a partial refund so that I can get the boots properly heeled. So someone must read these reviews. Thank you.

The heels on these boots are not right.
I have tried contacting the company and I have got no answer. I am getting to the end of the return process. Being in the UK I have had to pay a large import duty on these boots, which I will have to pay again if I return for a replacement. No one has got in touch on the matter. I have loads of pictures I can share about the damage to these boots but I am unable to add any photos. 0 for customer service. Can't comment on the boots as I've not worn them, but someone has!

Ordered some wide calf boots from this store. Then had to pay custom tax to receive them which I didn't mind if the boots were going to be OK. Boots arrived. Despite giving my correct size they were too big. Then paid to return them. Did exactly what it says and boots ended up in customs for ages as Etrias did not respond to them. Boots are now on there way back to me that I cannot wear. Tried contacting customer service. They have not responded. Terrible customer service. Paid £200 In total for boots. Do not buy from this company especially if there is a chance you may need to return them.

Good communication, warning me that I will incur import fees and taxes although not able to estimate how much. On three pairs of boots it was nearly £72, I would have ordered the boots separately to keep under the £135 threshold had I known. I realise this is not your fault. The calf width checker with shoe size, along with reading the description, allowed me to order with some confidence. They all fit beautifully, thank goodness. On my value of order, a free leather cleaning/care kit would have been nice, I did spend nearly £300.
