I have purchased many, many items from shops located in Ukraine and Russia through Etsy, and ultimately Western Bid. Every single purchase was shipped quickly, and I received EACH AND EVERY one within a few weeks (as noted in the shipping times of the individual shops). I understand that sometimes things happen, and shipping anything these days is taking a chance. After reading all of these negative reviews about Western Bid, I felt I had to at least provide my numerous extremely positive experiences regarding this company.

WESTERN BID is officiall company that give opportunity to many sellers from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus etc to make a trade on Etsy. Unfortunately, sometimes it happens that bad seller disappointe some customer and he wrote a bad review to WESTERN bid, but Western Bid is only agent trough whom we received our money, because in Ukraine Pay Pal do not work

I ordered an Audrey Hepburn smoking pipe through Etsy . I received a pipe, however it was not engraved.
I contacted Etsy who sent me another uningraved Audrey Hepburn smoking pipe . This company is using the name of Audrey Hepburn to sell their pipes but cannot produce a smoking pipe with Audrey Hepburn engraved on it . The pipe was intended as a gift for a family member who loved Audrey Hepburn . Etsy directed me to return both pipes at my expense before they would reimburse my $33.96 dollars which included a $13.00 shipping fee . Etsy has failed to live up to their internet advertisment and their communications have been totally uncooperative . This company is a total scam and I recommend that PayPal customers refrain from ordering products from this company

I BOUGHT a flip phone from eBay trusting they would abide by their warranty and return policy.
To my surprise, the item came from a vendor from Ukraine, Ivan Zaynchukovsky.
On PayPal, the provider appears as Western Bid inc.
After eBay told me that the seller had authorized a return and refund, I was told that the seller was unable to send me a return form. That was it.
Wich is wich is not clear to me

I made a purchase through Etsy for a product. My PayPal statement shows that the payment went to Western bid. The Etsy shop is gone, my purchase doesn’t show up in Etsy, I have emailed and found the company multiple times and gotten no response. Buyer beware, these people are thieves.

They are a scam. You don't get the products you pay for and you cannot dispute it through paypal as they have somehow got fake tracking numbers.

Please stay away from this company; I never received my order! Even their information is so sketchy. It appears like an American company, but their website is in Russian.

Total scammers do not trust them. Eastern European company that acts as middle man for shady Etsy and eBay sellers. Takes money and never sends items.
