I ordered an item which wasn’t exactly what I wanted but their customer service was very understanding and helpful. They resolved the situation immediately. I would definitely order from them again.

Awful company - waited 2 weeks for tape that looks like it is from Temu. Wouldn't mind cost me 15 quid. Wish I would of read the reviews before ordering

This company is terrible. Ordered some glasses from them. They were so cheap and the plastic they were made of very brittle. The lenses were like those found in child's toys. Ask for return details. They said send direct to their warehouse in China. Cost I must pay between £30 and £40 !!!!!! Avoid this rip off company at all costs. Should not be allowed to advertise. Their goods are certainly NOT as described. Very bad quality and absolutely terrible customer service. It took 8 emails to even get a reply.

On 30/1/25 ordered an expensive foldable make-up mirror which arrived promptly. The quality being very poor I returned same requesting a refund. The item was posted back to me by Londonmarketshop unopened. I am now stuck with a shoddy mirror which is neither use nor ornament and no repayment on the horizon.

This shop needs a review of O. They sell shoddy, plastic rubbish that needs to go in the bin. They have no connection whatsoever with London, the stuff comes from China and if you want a refund then it is returned to China at your expense. Once they receive it then they will decide if they will give you a refund or not. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. There are many trustworthy places to buy from on the internet. Definitely not this one

Further to previous one star review it's been long journey but Company HAVE NOW refunded my payment. In full. Emails have been polite and prompt. Thank you.

Scam company, the name london is the only think UK based about the company. Seems to ship from China with serveal weeks shipping if you actually receive. If you have paid by credit card raise a dispute with your credit card provider to recover lost money.

1. Ordered a product
2. Nowhere did it say that the item would be shipped from China.
3. It did not state that the delivery would take an excessive amount of time.
4. Despite the 10 days that have passed, the order has not yet left China.
5. Not clear who they are. Emails are coming from an anonymised iCloud account.
6. Asked to cancel the order and for a refund given the order is still stuck in China and they refuse.

Terrible. Sadly, I have not checked trust pilot before ordering. Stay away as far as you can. I do definitely not recommend.

didn't think to check if this was a scam or not, clearly is. and some strangers just tried to use my card for a taxi 47 pound.. i don't even use taxis and they steal your credit card information and i just had to freeze my card

Buyer Beware of this company. Stay well clear. Their website says that they are located in the UK and the US and have a 'supply' warehouse in the UK, however, this is all very misleading as returns have to go back to CHINA. Neither their uk based company based in Islington or their uk warehouse accepts returns you need to pay for a return to CHINA. Suddenly you realise that the so said warehouse and their so said company in Islington is most probably a way of convincing you that they have a proper presence in the Uk which they clearly don't. Don't bother, ignore the name it's not a London company and be careful of what they say on their website which is only to trap you.

If I could give this company minus 5 stars then I would. Paid £24.99 for a hand held barbecue steam cleaner that will never work and only fit for the bin. I also found it on sale on another website for £4.99 and even then it is not worth the money. Stay away from these awful rip off merchants.

Looks like I am being scammed like the majority of others on this site. Ordered a BBQ steam cleaner over two weeks ago and no response to my requests for an estimated delivery date. Fortunately this is not an expensive item and I'll put this bad buy down to experience. Avoid this company and look at all reviews of a company before making a purchase!

I ordered a storage book for earrings in early January. There were three failed deliveries between then and 26th April .its impossible to talk to a human being. The are insulated from complaints by email. I’ve never had such bad service. Hope the refund comes through, but after this farce I’m not optimistic.

I ordered sandals in size 6, colour grey. The sandals that arrived are brown and size four. They are also dreadful quality. Shame on you.

same as the buyers with this con company, ordered computer glasses from this so called London company but they are not my order is being sent from China.
so obviously I can expect the usual load of rubbish from China and goodness knows when I will receive it so their 30 days return policy would have expired by the time I receive and even if I wanted to return it it has to be sent back to China which would cost a stupid amount of money to return.
As has been mentioned why are these scammers still trading we do not get any protection on the internet from people like this, the site all looks genuine with pictures of their shop with all the items they are selling which is massive SO JUST A WARNING AVOID THESE SCAMMERS DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
No surprises there told me if I did not want the order to email them for a returns form which I was told to do, I have emailed them 3 times with no response the item I bought was sent from China so as other buyers have said they are not a UK company but CHINESE I ordered on March the 9th and got it Yesterday 19th and what a load of rubbish (UN-USEABLE) fit for rubbish bin listed as £ 79-99 I paid £24-97 as a special sale promotion price what a joke these people are con merchants and thieves they need to be banned from selling in the UK
