I finally just got confirmation today, that my timeshare exit is finalized, after two and a half years. I had no idea when I started this process with Wesley Financial that it would take this long. Also, initially I thought that the rest of what I owed on my timeshare ($16,000) would be forgiven, and that wasn't the case. Wesley was able to negotiate with the timeshare and get what I owed reduced, but after continuing to pay the timeshare company for two and a half years, the fee that I had to pay Wesley to negotiate on my behalf, and the amount I had to pay to exit, I didn't save much, if any, money. The only thing I am saving is the monthly dues that I would have been paying forever, so that's something. If I knew that this was going to be the process, I probably wouldn't do it again. I would probably try to use the Timeshare because now I've paid $20,000 for absolutely nothing, except to be free of the dues. However, I will say that everyone I dealt with at Wesley was very kind and seemed like they wanted to help.

Wesley financial was nothing short of amazing during our entire exit process! Our representative, Christian, was exceptional. She went above and beyond our expectations to help relieve us from the utter disaster that Bluegreen had sucked us into. She helped free us from the exponential stress that Bluegreen had ensued upon us since being pressured into a contract promising Things they never intended to uphold on their end. Christian was attentive, helpful, sweet, caring, and always quick to respond and help with anything and everything we needed along the way! I highly recommend Wesley financial and Christian to help save you from the clutches of deceptive lies timeshare companies feed you.

Wesley Foundation was a great company to work with. They were in contact with me the whole time and let me know what was going on with my timeshare. They are very professional.

Words cannot describe how Wesley Financial worked with us, treating us like family, as they helped us get out from under the blackhole that was the timeshare industry. It was eating our limited senior income to the point that I had to work part time just to make our monthly necessities. Not easy being in middle 70's with health issues. Not convinced they did anything to help. Eventually time share just foreclosed since i was mot paying maintence fees. I would not recommend this company at all.

My Resolution Specialist, Kat Almon, was absolutely fantastic. She kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what was going to happen and following up afterward to provide updates on every action that was taken. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication gave me confidence throughout the entire process.

Before working with WFG, I truly felt like I was doomed to continue paying for my timeshare for the rest of my life. Kat consistently reassured me that they would do everything possible to help me get out of it. I will admit that I was skeptical at times, but she always took the time to address my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with every process and action taken on my behalf.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to Kat Almon and the entire team at Wesley Financial Group. Their commitment to their clients and their ability to deliver on their promises made all the difference for me.

I never thought I would be able to get rid of my timeshare until I reached out to Wesley Financial Group LLC. I heard about them from a clip in an AARP News Magazine. I call them and the Resolution representative gave me confidence that I was the right client for their program. The instructions were clear and concise and I never felt that I was alone in the process. If you are able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail then give Wesley Financial Group LLC a call. Step out on faith and let them walk you through the process. If they can not help you they will let you know right away. It took me about 5 months to get an approval to be release from my timeshare and another 6-7 months to received prove of the release. After 10 years of timeshare ownership I was finally free from their grip. Amen to that!

I can't even explain how amazing this experience has been with Wesley Financial Group! I was beyond tired of the back and forth with companies and representatives from companies calling me and wasting my time. I've been wanting to exit this timeshare since forever and with no luck. What I can say is that Wesley Financial Group is the truth. The process from start to finish was easy and without headache. Now I'll get to the real and most important part of all of this. I had the absolute BEST Senior Resolution Specialist, Kristin Kayal!!! Kristin is extremely knowledgeable, informative and very personable! She is top tier! What I loved most about working with her is that before I could come up with any questions about anything during the process, she was already sending me information that answered all of my questions. This can be a strenuous process, but when you have someone walking through each step with kindness and assurance, it makes all the difference. Dana my representative was super helpful and professional throughout the whole process. It took almost 2 years, but Wesley got it done. I could not be happier. I knew this process would not happen overnight. Dana was always in contact with me.
We had monthly phone call meetings about our next steps in getting out of the time share.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Robert Chin

I scheduled a cancellation review with Wesley Financial Group, and my appointment was confirmed by email for September 10, 2026, with Robert Chin.

Unfortunately, my experience with Robert Chin was extremely disappointing. During the call, I found his behavior and communication to be rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I was trying to ask reasonable questions about the cancellation process, the timeline, and the financial obligations, but I did not feel that my questions were being handled with the level of professionalism or respect I would expect.

The way he spoke to me during the call was unacceptable. I was not expecting special treatment—just basic courtesy and professionalism.

This was especially concerning because I was considering trusting Wesley Financial Group with an important financial matter and potentially paying a significant amount of money for their services. Instead of making me feel confident about the company, my interaction with Robert Chin made me seriously question whether I should move forward with Wesley at all.

I have kept the email confirming my appointment, including Robert Chin’s name, phone number, and the scheduled date and time. I have also contacted Wesley Financial Group to request that management review this interaction and his conduct.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Wesley Financial Group ask detailed questions, carefully review everything before signing or paying, and pay close attention to how their concerns are handled.

We wanted out of the time share, our children weren't interested and we are getting older. Kristin helped us every step of the way. She kept us informed through out the process. It was pricey, but we felt it necessary.

I cant say enough anout the help I recieved from the Wsley Team. Erika helped us get through all of the red tape of Deeding Back our Timeshare we had for 25 years. I cant say thank you enough to her and rhe company for all.of their help.

Very disappointed with WFG. We were told this would be a easy process and that they were there to help. We were told all about their success stories etc...We paid them $9000 and got started...then it hit me, I HAVE TO DO ALL THE WORK. WFG is just a coach. Hey im a handicapped senior citizen who's had a stroke and here i am paying someone to sit on their butt while I struggle to get out of our timeshare...after a month I gave up. I called our contact and said I can't do this anymore and we are done. Hexsaid well you still owe us your other half of the $17,000. I said we are onlyva monthbinto this, you've already got $9000 .... he said sorry you need to pay or go to collection. Well i paid...I thought about it and feels that this is not right. It's not a good way to operate a business and I guess I should contact a attorney.... Vale Hanzel
