I can honestly say that the people at Liberty Timeshare Resolutions are wonderful. When I felt anxious and had doubts about entering the program, they went above and beyond to help me understand the process and feel confident in my decision to move forward. All I can say is "WOW"! Three months after we signed up with Liberty we received a letter that said we were released from our timeshare contract. From our initial contact through the final letter the people at Liberty were informative, courteous, and very understanding. They walked us through every phase of the process, and told us it was imperative that we fill out our paperwork promptly. But once we submitted they were quick to followup. THREE months - we still can't believe it!

First, I had a telephone conversation with a Liberty salesperson. That resulted in promise to have me out of my 2 timeshares within 18 months or my money guaranteed return of $9,630.00. Fast forward 2 months and I receive a call from Liberty Representative with my 3 option tired exit plan. 1. Transfer plan an additional 13,000.00 2. Quick Claim plan $8,990.00 3. Recital/Default plan $5,500.00. Needless to say I was aghast that my initial cost to exit my timeshares with Liberty was growing from the initial guarantee of $9,630.00 to potentially $18,620.00!!! Being a widow and on social security, this is just not a cost I can bare. I felt like I should report this timeshare company as being fraudulent.

My grandparents just wanted the free gifts that came along with with the timeshare presentation and ended up paying so much more over the years than what was originally presented especially with the maintenance fees. When I contacted Liberty to help my family out, they answered any and all of the questions we had and got us to the right person to look at our options the same day. After a conversation with their employees they were given a few options to help them get out of their timeshare and they simply chose what would be best for them. After a few months of working together my grandparents are now and officially Timeshare free!! Liberty is patient, kind, and so willing to help however they can. Thank you Liberty for helping my family. I truly cant thank you guys enough.

Thanks to Liberty, we no longer own a timeshare that we've had for 30+ years. Their customer service is great. Employees were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Since my father passed away, I have been helping my mother with her finances.
