Alpha and Dan Dasilva owners and operators of Weerk Capital, sold us the Ai Golden Scaper software, THIS is and was a complete SCAM!

We had set up 2 accounts with alpha at AI Gooden scalper.

First account was initially funded and set up with a total cost of $110,000 Which I had them manage directly as a limited partnership.

The second account was set up with $25,000 dollars Which we were in control of.

The first couple months showed profit that Built our confidence.

Not too long after about 2 months into the software program we had noticed AI scalper was was crashing, I tried to call Alpha Numerous times that evening through the night To figure out what was going on and what can we do? I had a bad feeling.

I watched my account drop overnight to from $110,935.11 to $1408.56 we had lost $109,526.45 Within a few hours we literally could not do nothing about it since it was a Limited partnership with Weerk Capital that was in control of the account, We lost everything except $1408.56.

Call me a sucker I guess, I am old school and would never have believed that I was walking into a brick wall/scam. Scamming has become a way of life for some people anymore they don’t understand what good hard work and work ethics mean anymore.

I have put a lot of faith in Alpha we did video chats and communicated very well over phone conversations it seemed like the real thing always in communication back and forth for the first 2 months.

In the end, it was a big loss and a big scam so do not fall for this.

We are still looking for an attorney to take this case we have the owners first and last name and we have video chat pictures of Alpha

Lots of mistakes and misconducts I observed, response to customers needs is poor service. I discontinued my account here. I got recommendations to try 𝓯𝓾𝓮𝓰𝓸𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓮 it’s been amazing ever since my investment journey is smooth. I get my payout without obstacles. What more can I ask .

The organization is scam! I waited 3 weeks no response. Someone told me about REFUND BACK . I filed and they cared to help recover lost money

Weerk capital is a scam and most highly recommended to avoid, after I purchased their online course and paid US$997, nothing was giving in return but a link to open an account with a broker and they instructed to wire more money to their accounts and not to the brokers account. If you try to get a refund they immediately stop responding even when Dan has promised a lifetime refund policy on his web session, very fradulent organisation, stay away for your own sanity.

I need help. Everything was good at first. Alpa and Brenann were a tremendous help. My Ai Golden Scalper license now says invalid and I can get absolutely no reply from anyone. Alpha collected $4400 from me under contract for new software and I got nothing. NEED HELP

These guys don't even try to hide the fact that they are straight up crooks. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I purchased anything. I bought a crypto program called Contrarian Cashflow after being on a webinar with Dan Dasilva. I should have been warned off by all the bravado and needless bluster that DaSilva showed on the webinar.

I spent $997 on the program and never received anything, no email and no contact of any kind. I sent over a dozen emails the next day and even dm'd DaSilva on his facebook page and still never received a thing.

These guys are a joke and out to get your money. DaSilva has a pattern of hustling and hawking all kinds of programs with his pushy, hard approach. Please stay away!!!!!!!

I agree with all the reviews, run this is a scam. I lost all my money as well, I made 3 zoom meetings with Alpha and he did not make any. They are very unprofessional and will not return any of my calls or email. What can be done to retrieve our money back

I bought their AI Golden Scalper program after attending a workshop by Dan Disilva who claims to be the company’s co founder. I invested slightly less than 1k in the tool. While the tool worked fine initially, the gains reduced in coming few months. There was a day when the tool lost $300 and when I contacted Alpha, they said my settings were incorrect which caused the bot to lose. Eventually I gained back my lost money and it worked fine until December 2023. In early December, on the first Sunday the tool made some trades even while my laptop was not working (this should not have happened as I was not using ForexVPN). The bot kept on losing trades until my account went in the negative from over $1800 that was in my account.

Since then I spoke with Alpha several times but all I got were false excuses and promises. They kept on blaming there service provider for the losses but were not even professional enough to send an email. For the last 1.5 months, Alpha is evading my calls and doesn’t join any meetings that I set to ask for updates.

I now realize that the company is a SCAM and you shouldn’t trust them with your money at all. Don’t buy their scam software and fall into their trap. They are scammers fooling everyone with false promises. If they were genuine, they would have reimbursed their customers for their losses and maintained contact and shared regular updates. None of that is happening and it’s been almost 5 months.

I wish I could give the SCAMMERS/ROBBERS the very bottom corner of a star. Nothing but Thieves. They have stolen not only from me but so many other that has not bothered to post. PLEASE Learn how to make money the honest way and don't let SCAMMERS like ALPHA take your hard earned money to fund his lifestyle. This dude and his partners are TRULY DELVILS - Horns and everything - What a shame....

Dangerous don’t invest this this black sheep they are very deadly like a python they will bring sorry to your life I sold everything I had on me they later took 55,000 USD away from me I can’t withdraw I can’t communicate with them anymore! Thanks to STERGAIN, I was able to recover all my looses they are too sweet and honest

I have sent over 100 text messages to Alpha asking for my balance (11,051.00) to be returned to me. It has not been Six MONTHS! No reply other than one reply two months ago saying they were waiting on the broker. They stole my money and i see they just replied to another person within 10 hours ago. Dan, are you man enough to fix Alpha's mistakes and do the right thing and get me my money back? I am NOT asking for refund on the bot. I want my cash. THAT IS ALL.

Yep, another solid complaint from me. After I sent 10k to OX securities for the bot to take trades on after a trial period of small amounts, it went rogue and made 7 short trades without stops on a bullish gold run. I had to close out the trades after a month of stress watching my margin get eaten up, with a loss of 3k usd in the end plus the cost of their bot. DO NOT TRUST! They said they have processed a refund but it never came, so its just lies. They are crooks and will be reporting further to authorities!

EDIT: The problem with the reply below is that I did everything that I was told to do, if it wasn't for me adding in an extra 1k margin I would have lost the full 10k. The bot is only meant to take short term trades on the 1 minute time frame, but this took out 7 shorting trades when gold was going up without stop losses which got me stuck until it came down a bit over the course of a month. I had to close out the trade manually when the chart was down a little in order avoid loosing all my funds. I saw GOLD was going back up again, so had to make the call as I was stuck and stressed out of my mind. It shouldn't have taken those trades without stops. A refund was said to have been issued, but I was lied to as it never came. I haven't had any reply. I have been polite and patient, but I have had to share my experience to possibly help others from making the choice to trust this bot.
I will remove this review if I get a refund as promised.

FINAL EDIT: To finalise my thoughts on the below comments. My main point is this, NO STOP LOSSES were in place on a very pivotal time in GOLD due to geo political situation. The bot is allegedly designed to take short term trades on the 1 minute time frame, not over a month taking literally all the margin I had to get liquidated. I had to intervene or I would have lost all 10k as it was super bullish and hit the liquidation level, but luckily I saw that it was about to, so had to send more funds to OX to save my margined funds. But as I said, luckily it came back down to a level where i could exit with a minimised loss. Couldn't risk staying in the trades to wipe everything. There is no guarantee for it to come back down to break even levels. Where XAUSD is sitting now, is actually where I would be liquidated fully loosing everything. So I made the right choice to exit manually and take a smaller hit.
As for a refund, all I asked for was some evidence it had been refunded, as its been 3 weeks already, but still haven't gotten an answer on that...yet. I am in my right to speak my truth to get some attention to this matter, to help reduce my losses this bot has incurred.

No stars was not an option. SCAM - they stole $1500 plus the pay pal surcharges. I knew I would not be using this almost as soon as it was set up; made my refund request immediately. Made repeated requests- have been trying to get my money back for 6 months —since May - one response to original request when I was told 30 days before they could process refund. (not the immediate refund stated in meeting) Now I receive no response.

Do not waste your time the bot does not work I was promised a refund. I have not been able to get a refund at all, my bot doesn’t work either. I have called, emailed, text etc no response

Do not get involved with weerkcapital.com.
Their purported AI bot is a waste of money.
Simply put, it makes bad trades.
I got involved with it in July of this year (2023).
It took me two months to get a refund after I tried their "bot" in a demo account. After the 60 day period, I requested a refund in accordance with their Terms of Service. After numerous emails, text messages, voice mail, etc., all of which were ignored, I finally filed a dispute with my CC. I was just informed that my CC has reversed the charge. TY!

After watching numerous videos, I decided to try it. During the last session, I asked a few times live in chat if the system required a VPS or VPN, and was told no that it did not twice during the live session. It was an outright lie! As soon as I started going through the process to download the system, it said to get a VPS/VPN at a cost of I believe $30 a month. Either way, it was a lie, so I immediately contacted them for a refund. Of course I haven't gotten a reply in over 6 weeks and some calls, emails and texts. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE LIARS!!!

I signed up for $1000 with Weerk Capital LLc on July 20, 2023 and applied for a refund on August 1st as the Bot didn't work by email submitting the receipt for a refund as per their 60day money back gurarantee.
After numerous phone calls and messages left to their posted number and many emails with no response.
Thjey are SCAMMERS -
Also they are operating on Telegram - I have reported them as Scammers several time to that Platform.
