Telefonsupport teuer, Telefon Nummert startet mit 0049, also Deutschland, aber man landet in der Schweiz und der Telefonzählert rast, bis man erfährt, die Dame kann auch zurückrufen. Haben Reise nach Porto gebucht, alles Tickets, Gepäck, Sitze im Flug, Transport vor Ort usw. muss extra bezahlt werden, so wurden schnell aus 600 Euro dann 900 Euro plus Arbeitsaufwand, unzählige Ausdrucke und Nerven

schade, dass du keine guten Erfahrungen mit deiner Buchung gemacht hast.
Bezüglich der Kosten für den Telefonsupport entschuldigen wir uns – manche Provider nehmen leider Gebühren dafür. Das ist nicht in unserem Sinne und bestehenden Kunden können wir die angefallenen Telefonkosten natürlich erstatten. Wende dich gerne an den Support, wenn du du das in Anspruch nehmen möchtest.
Darauf, dass Sitzplätze erst nach der Buchung reserviert werden können und dass bei den meisten Flügen lediglich Handgepäck inkludiert ist, weisen wir mehrfach auf unserer Website hin. Vielen unserer Kunden genügt das Handgepäck für ein Wochenende, daher bieten wir hier immer die günstigste Variante der Flüge an.
Transfers sind nicht Teil unserer Angebote, daher muss hier natürlich mit zusätzlichen Kosten einer Taxi- oder Busfahrt gerechnet werden.
Wir hoffen, dass du deine Reise nach Porto trotzdem genießen wirst.

Wir hatten v. 01.-04.09.2020 mit weekend.com eine Kurzreise nach Wien gebucht. Organisatorischer Ablauf, Preisleitungsverhältnis und das gebuchte Hotel (Theaterhotel Wien) ohne jeden Tadel. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht unsere letzte Reise mit weekend.com.

Für eine Reise mit Hindernissen hat der Service alle aus dem Weg geräumt.
Besonders die beiden Damen mit denen wir in Kontakt standen SH und LZ haben und außergewöhnlich Gut bedient.Könne das Portal ohne weiteres und ohne bedenken weiter empfehlen.

Leider fand unsere Reise nicht statt, da Ungarn keine Touristen mehr ins Land lässt aufgrund der Corona Pandemie. Nichtsdestotrotz würde ich immer wieder über Weekend.com buchen, da die Kundenbetreuung sensationell ist, super schnell und sehr kundenfreundlich.

Very positive Customer Support through the booking and cancellation process.
After booking my trip I received constant updates and information with any further details I required during this unpredictable Covid-19 period.
Due to travel restrictions I was informed my trip had been cancelled and I was given very clear options in regards to how I would be refunded.
I requested a full refund over the voucher and that was organised straight away.
From my initial email I received very professional and supportive responses and my refund was sorted within the space of a few hours.
I highly recommend their services and I look forward to booking my next holiday through this company.

Die Website war weder über Travelzoo…
Die Website war weder über Travelzoo noch direkt anzuwählen. Vermutlich überlastet.
Ich habe 2 Tage gebraucht, um eine kleine Buchung für eine Ministädtetour vorzunehmen. Die Tel.-Hotline nach Büroschluss spricht nur englisch und das auch noch schlecht.
Ausserdem.will ich im Schriftverkehr nicht gedutzt werden.
Zumindest kam die Reisebestätigung dann schnell. Hoffentlich ist das nicht nur ein Stück Papier, sondern die Reise mit Flug findet auch tatsächlich statt. Vom Komto abgebucht wurde sofort....

I would like to leave a booking review at this stage as not due to travel until February 2021.
I found the booking process very easy and straight forward. I received my confirmation email straight away and all the details were correct.
I’m excited about my City break and will be back to write a review once I have returned.

Ok not great
Flight was great. Unfortunately due to looting my hotel was closed so had to waste two hours while customer service found me a new hotel. Claimed it was a 5 star hotel their was no way. Maybe a 2 star

I don't like writing reviews but I think this company deserves a shout out. They were sooooo helpful, very polite and professional. They answered ALL of my questions and fulfilled all my requests. I've taken about 4-5 trips using them and they've been nothing short of amazing.
