A professional experience from the first contact. Reina followed up on our initial request very quickly with information which allowed us to make a quick informed decision regarding level of survey. We opted for Level 3 survey and received a plain English, yet comprehensive survey including drone survey of the roof exterior (necessary with old, period properties) from Stuart Boughey. He highlighted several issues and we have now opted to have a further roof survey done and are querying the presence of a leak. It's good to try and get answers on these ahead of any potential sale. We engaged Websters to survey a converted victorian property that we had some very specific queries about, Stuart — the surveyor - wrote a richly detailed and comprehensive survey that answered all our questions and offered sound suggestions for further works. Having had some experience of surveys in the past I wasn’t expecting such a detailed yet easily-readable document that will serve as a to-do list over the next few years, and to receive it so soon after the survey had taken place. The phone call with Stuart was very helpful in confirming parts of the survey and a great chance to discuss works to consider. Throughout, emails and calls have been answered swiftly and the level of customer service has been very high. Would absolutely recommend!

We contacted Websters Surveyors (no relation!) for a Help to Buy valuation. The valuation at the property was quick but thorough. Stuart was friendly and happy to explain what he was looking at and why.
The final valuation document was complete and full of really useful information about the property and the surrounding area to provide context to what was discussed.

Websters and particularly Stuart Boughey were excellent when carrying out a Level 3 building survey for us on a property we were looking to purchase. Stuart was prompt and communicative and the report he conducted was clear and concise. After the report he followed up with a phone call which allowed us to contextualise the issues raised and allayed any fears we may have had in an easy to understand way. I had reached out to Websters Surveyors for a RICS survey for Help to Buy repayment. I was impressed with the quick communication and complete information about the quote and process details by Natyshia. She then connected me to Stuart Boughey for the RICS survey. Stuart was thorough with the valuation and very informative about the process throughout. The report was sent over in less than a week, and is extremely comprehensive. I also appreciate that all the details of cost, validity of the report, etc. are communicated upfront. Highly recommend!

We've engaged with Websters as FTBs looking into buying a property from 70s needing updates throughout. Stuart, the surveyor, provided a detailed report which I am sure we will refer to in the upcoming years of gradual renovating and improving, not just at this point of buying.
