Websters surveyors have provided three property surveys for us in recent months, all of which were very useful, detailed and well laid out. During our scheduled meeting to discuss the report, I was unwell and hadn’t had a chance to review it. I recently had a property survey carried out by Ed Ellis, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The report was detailed, concise, and incredibly informative. Ed identified a number of defects, some of which would have been overlooked and clearly explained their significance as well as potential implications.

We booked Webster's for a Level 3 survey of the house we are buying. We were very happy with the whole process, from quote to report. They were informative and responsive throughout. The survey was booked quickly and was very thorough. We asked for special attention to the loft and there were extensive photos provided. There was one area of our new property with a red flag and Stuart was kind enough to talk us through his comments and make some recommendations for next steps.

Absolutely top quality service from start to finish. Our surveyor, Helen, was excellent. She was always very responsive with loads of helpful guidance. Dealing with Websters has been the easiest part of the house buying process so far!

There was a property in Croydon which I needed surveyed and as you can imagine there are numerous surveyors to choose from in London. I opted to go with Websters and was delighted with my choice. From start to finish (obtaining a quote, booking the survey and the survey itself) they were absolutely excellent. The brochure they provide of the survey is well presented, very clear and easy to understand. It includes many photo's and leaves you in no doubt of the facts as they see them.
The people at reception (who I did not get their names) were always extremely polite and helpful, but I would like to make a special mention to Stuart Boughey who conducted the survey. Part of the service includes an opportunity to speak to the surveyor to ask specific questions (if required). His knowledge, courtesy and manner were second to none and I cannot emphasise enough his overall professionalism.
Overall, first class, you will have no problems with these guys.

The email I received after enquiring about a quote was really comprehensive and clear, and it was a turn around of just a couple of weeks to get the survey booked in and the report sent across.
The report itself was detailed but still digestible, and Helen, the surveyor I worked with, was happy to chat through a few queries I had and able to give her expert opinion on key points to be clear on from a legal perspective.

We asked Websters to carry out a level 2 survey on our property. Helen turned the inspection and report around very quickly and the document was thorough and extensive. We had a few questions about some of the content and Helen was happy to speak on the phone and talk it through.
