Really happy with the service provided by Websters. The process was smooth and straightforward from requesting a quote through to discussing the survey report with the surveyor. Out surveyor Stuart was a great help.

I had an excellent experience with Websters Surveyors. I chose them because a work colleague had used them for his own purchase and was happy with their service. I got a quick response from Genevieve when requesting a quote and scheduling the survey. The surveyor Stuart Boughey wrote up the report quickly but thoroughly, and was very patient and friendly when answering my questions over the phone. Overall, I’m glad I chose Websters and would highly recommend them for anyone needing a home survey.

We recently had a Level 2 survey carried out by Stuart Boughey and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The report was incredibly detailed, thorough and easy to understand, giving us complete clarity on the condition of the property. The follow-up call was especially helpful – Stuart took the time to walk us through the key findings, answered every question clearly and was friendly, patient and genuinely professional throughout. It made a huge difference to feel so well supported during what can be a stressful part of the buying process. We’d highly recommend Stuart to anyone looking for a reliable and meticulous surveyor.

Websters conducted a comprehensive level 3 survey on a 70’s property for me which I was very grateful to have had done. It highlighted the issues in a clear and helpful way (using a traffic light system) along with suggesting remedial actions to take. I appreciated the inclusion of multiple pictures illustrating the report throughout including those taken from a drone showing the condition of the roof which I would not otherwise have been able to see.
All communications from Websters staff were clear and timely throughout. I had a follow-up query a month later, regarding the garage conversion, which I was grateful that Joss the surveyor responded to promptly and very helpfully.

Excellent Lease Extension Service. Richard provided an excellent Report and more importantly was an excellent negotiator with the Landlords solicitor, getting my Premium down and negotating a 990 year extension instead of 99 years, at no extra Premium. Richard went above and beyond in terms of keeping me updated, always available to speak to when needed, and went out of his way to do so, all within agreed fixed fee, which was very competetive. I would highly recommend to anyone considering lease extensions.

My neighbour and I hired Websters to assist us with purchasing the freehold of our building and were delighted with the service we received. Our surveyor, Charlie Farley, was knowledgeable and helpful, preparing a detailed valuation report and undertaking negotiations with the other side on our behalf, which eventually arrived at a satisfactory and amicable conclusion. His advice was excellent throughout and he was patient in both answering our questions and helping to steer us through what could otherwise have been a very challenging process.

I recommend the company. Excellent service, technical knowledge and documentation was provided by the company. Joss, the surveyor i worked is fantastic and very professional. Supported me and the seller after the survey was carried out, providing help in areas where i do not believe surveyors should even go - helped the seller and us to agree on the next steps in fixing the found issues so everyone is happy and aligned.

I got numerous quotes and Websters was by far the most expensive BUT i was drawn by the quality of the L3 reports and overall 'feel' of the company and reviews. I was not disappointed and the survey and reporting completed to a high standard within 1 week and the following telephone conversation to discuss our queries was excellent. Not always the case but in this instance we got what we paid for!...in a good way.

The survey was conducted very shortly after instruction and the final report was recieved less than a week after the work had been done. The report was very clear and understandable, aided by excellent photos including drone shots of the roof. A follow up phone call with the surveyor Stuart Boughey was extremely productive.
