We've had an excellent experience. Smart Home Surveys are very responsive, communication is easy, fast, and clear as is the interface for receiving quotes, scheduling survey, and final reports. The surveyor himself was also very professional, thorough, and clearly explained the main findings. Any further questions we had before or after the survey were answered quickly and clearly.

After discussing with Adam, who was extremely useful and insightful, we’ve decided to get the Level 3 survey for a newly renovated property we’ve had an offer accepted on.

Cameron, our surveyor, was fantastic - he even got in touch with us on the day of the inspection to flag and discuss the major issues identified with the property which would need to be further investigated by specialists - this was extremely useful given the tight exchange deadline.

In the end we decided to pull out, but throughout the whole process we were confident in their expertise and we will be definitely using them again to find our next home.

However they initially wanted full payment before even doing the survey. In this age of Scams I feel this is not a good policy. However after a phone call they agreed to me paying the full amount once they had done the survey to release the report which I felt was fair.
