I have been Web host UK net customer for over 14 years. They are great compared to others (small and large), and above all, you still talk to a real person rather than AI which is priceless. Keep up the good work guys.

The support team are easy to reach and very responsive. In a recent interaction, Adolf quickly understood what I wanted to achieve and solved my issue. Highly recommended.

I've been running my website for 12 years most of that with GoDaddy, but due to their neglect in overcharging me, and technical support becoming sales agents pushing you to install upgrades at cost (obviously commission involved) I took the hard decision to move to UK Web Hosting. My transfer to UK Web Hosting was handled extremely well and professionally, taking a lot off my mind and reducing my stress levels. Today my SSL Certificate run out, I usually had to spend ages figuring out how to validate and install it. I contacted Spencer at UK Web Hosting Chat Support for assistance, he just asked me to send him my email with zipped certificate, within minutes it was installed and running, I had to do absolutely nothing. What a breath of fresh air compared to the usual polava I had with GoDaddy, then the nightmare of getting support. With UK Web Hosting that was all done and dusted in minutes. Wish I'd moved sooner!
