Another 5-star service from Webhost UK, Spencer was very helpful and resolved our website issue. As a grey haired silver surfer who looks after our village websites, the service we receive from Spencer and the rest of the Webhost UK team is always very much appreciated.

Despite my level of subscription the team has been incredibly helpful. I have never experienced such a helpful technical support.

I found the whole process from start to finish excellent. They handled the complete transfer of my website from my old server to their new one. If I had any queries they responded very fast and rectified anything I asked. Highly recommended. Thank You..

The team and the support are very supportive and great, and you can't ask more than that. When you pit a ticket in, they get back to you, really quickly, to let you know that they have the message/problems that you are experiencing. They will then delve into deep as to the problem/s you are having. If they can fix it, they will. And will give it their best shot with what they are dealing with. If not, they will explain that you will need to speak with your actual website developer with some areas. But overall a great support team

Andrew helped me with a serious issue with my website. He did it calmly and efficiently, putting me at ease. The guys at webhostuk are very good at what they do and I will recommend webhostuk to anyone looking for a new home for their website.

Reliable hosting with great support. Use for email, web hosting, domain DNS etc. and can normally get everything done from the cPanel (yes, that kind of host have been using for 20 years!) and SSH access but when needed the online support is great. Thanks today goes to Vansh for his help getting to the root of a problem I created!

I already left a one star review for this disgusting company. Late last year they had the audacity to send me an invoice, despite the fact that I've not been with the company for a year due to gross misconduct. Yet again, when trying to request a simple telephone call due to disabilities to sort this matter out I was outright lied to, lied to by the same man that did this before "I've been trying to call you all day" Really? You must be the only person on the planet that can claim to ever not be able to get through to me, because there is currently a scammer in another country using up to 40 UK mobile numbers A DAY able to do what you claim you can't, again! Up shot is, you cannot delete your own information, or account from this disgusting company, who are liars, abusive, use intimidation & gaslighting to try manipulating you. I've given this company time to yet again to what he'd claimed he'd done a YEAR ago, but as of today I can STILL LOG IN TO THE SITE! He's an outright liar retaining my information! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are much better & definitely SAFER alternatives out there!

In the past I have signed up to webhosting companies and when you needed help no one was around. No one was there on the instant messenger and if you wanted help an email took 3 days to respond when you needed action QUICK!

No matter what the time of day you are connected immediately to someone at UK Web Hosting and they get things sorted in a flash. Sometimes I can be on the instant messenger and whilst I am there no more than 5 minutes matters have been resolved.

Likewise with emails responses are super quick and you get a detailed analysis of what is going on. Nothing is too much trouble.

There is more good news, the cost. Whether a business or an individual costs are important. This company manage to keep their webhosting fees to a minimum, you might think you found cheaper but did you really? LOOK AT THE SMALL PRINT!!! Lots of companies have hidden costs and fees but with this company the price you see is the price you pay.
Need an upgrade? It's simple they can put you are to the next tier for your hosting and do it whilst you are enjoying a coffee.

I have been with this excellent company for a long time and I see no reason to leave. Recommended!
