Excellent customer support

As a start up, the domain is so affordable. I had trouble after few days of purchased. Just discovered that I have failed to verify my domain for authentication purposes. I message their facebook page and their customer support name Ban was very helpful. I think this will be my go-to domain shop for my other services.

A Data-Hungry, Delayed, and Distrustful Nightmare

I rarely write reviews, but this one is necessary.

I signed up on Z.com expecting a smooth domain registration. Instead, I walked into a privacy nightmare.

After placing my order, they immediately flagged it as “fraud” — no explanation, no logic. Then came the worst part: they demanded I upload government-issued ID just to buy a .com domain.

Let me be clear: I own a million-dollar domain portfolio, and I’ve worked with registrars like GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Cloudflare for years. None of them have ever required ID for a basic domain purchase — unless there was an actual dispute or transfer issue.

Z.com? They run shady “manual reviews,” ask for highly sensitive documents, and offer zero transparency about where your data is going. Their support? Slow. Robotic. Unhelpful.

This isn’t a security measure. This is a data collection trap dressed up as fraud prevention.

I bought a premium domain from this…

I bought a premium domain from this site but until now my domain status is on "pending registration" I have talk to their tech supports and they said I can't have it because it's a premium domain but I already paid for it I even have the invoice, It's on their list of available domains not even marked as premium. Seems like a SCAM!

The worst experience I've ever had

I need to renew my domain, but I can't even log in to my account; the login page always shows up as empty, and the sign-in link gets redirected each time to a two-mile-long URL, I tried it on mobile, laptop, and different browsers; nothing seems to work. The worst experience I've ever had

Good thing in a Z.com is very is that they responsive when you have a problem and very accomodating.

Good thing in a Z.com is very responsive when I have problems in my domains or anything related to my website. They will really guide you and so much willing to help with everything that they can.

Even if you are an amateur or pro they are willing to help. What also good thing in Z.com is that intergration from Worpress blogsite to your domain. It is very easy to use and you can use their Site Builder if you want to create a website in a breeze.

I've Started to make busines with Z.COM…

I've Started to make busines with Z.COM unfortunately because of frequent server error inaccessibility my business just went off easily. i have imprinted bad impressions to my client and switch to my competitors. Invest on more reliable hosting provider. Z.COM may be cheap but you'll regret at the end. Lesson learned

Excessive Dowtime

z.com is always down, downtime may reach up to 3 days to a week or more. their team do not have a fast response on the downtime. Customer support is poor in times of issues.
