Overall, my experience with Z.com has been positive, especially when it comes to customer support and resolving concerns.

I recently had an issue related to domain renewal and DNS configuration, which affected my website temporarily. At first, it was a bit stressful since my site wasn’t loading properly, but their support team responded and verified my payment, then guided me through the necessary steps.

Once everything was sorted, my domain and DNS started working properly again. I also appreciate that they followed up and ensured the issue was resolved.

The platform itself is functional, although DNS management can be a bit tricky if you’re not very technical. But once you understand it, it works as expected.

Overall, I’d still recommend Z.com for domain services, especially because of their responsive support and reliability after resolution.
