Svar från Bazoo
Hi Anne, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience and for the frustration this has caused—we absolutely understand how inconvenient payment issues can be.
After thoroughly reviewing your account, we found that the payment was declined due to a Shop Pay error indicating that the card had been revoked. While your bank may not have seen a request, sometimes these rejections happen at the gateway level (Shop Pay) before the request even reaches the bank. Unfortunately, this is something outside of our direct control, as Shop Pay and Shopify have their own processing rules.
We also want to clarify that we never received any prior emails or messages from you until today, so this review was the first we saw of your concern. We always encourage customers to reach out directly so we can resolve things quickly—we’re a small team and genuinely care about every single customer.
That said, we’ve now reached out to you personally to get this sorted, and we’re here to help however we can. We're truly sorry that this left a negative impression, and we hope you’ll give us the chance to make it right.
unbleached, unblemished, unplasticked.........
unbleached, soft, no plastic - win, win, win. If every company paid a tenth as much attention to our planet and environment as Bazoo does, just imagine how much healthier the world would be..........

The unbleached bamboo toilet roll is great!
I’ve been a bazoo customer for quite some time and order the unbleached bamboo toilet roll which is great I’m pleased that I can help contribute to environmental sustainability, the toilet rolls last for ages and are still soft, good quality to use.

I love the rolls
I love the rolls! Very very soft, more than other popular “wrapped” eco toilet paper brands. Besides the customer service is outstanding, they replied very quickly to one of my queries! I will order again once I go through all my looo rolls! ☺️

I love the Bazoo toilet rolls
I love the Bazoo toilet rolls. We used to get through so many rolls, one per day, but these are stronger, longer and softer than most other brands.
The paper wrapping with blurb about endangered wildlife looks cool in the bathroom when one is waiting to replace the current roll, and I love there's absolutely no plastic involved in the delivery.
We are a family of 4, my teenage sons are very heavy handed, but a box of 48 lasts us literally for months.
I also love that I am supporting a UK startup. Communication is great, I'm honestly really impressed with Bazoo!

Absorbent
Only just received my box of 48 rolls of toilet paper. Was impressed that there’s no bleaching of the paper and I’m quite happy with the beige, matches my bathroom. Sheets are a bit smaller than traditional tp but are more absorbant and don’t break up. Very pleased so far with my purchase.

I love this company
I love this company. Their toilet paper is amazing with no plastic guilt and the delivery subscription is so easy to use and change unlike so many others. As a bonus the wrapping is so pretty you want it in show.

Amazing Company & Products
I absolutely love the toilet roll, which is twice the length of normal paper toilet roll. On average a roll lasts me nine days, which is amazing!
I also love the company ethos and the fact no trees are being cut down for this product!

I love these loo rolls, they last twice as long. I love having them delivered too as I hate shopping for loo role, before Bazoo I felt like we were always running out and they were constantly on my shopping list. The gel wipey stuff is good too! 😝
