1000 % love everything about the loaded tea shop. From Ordering made super easy, fast shipping, and a company that stands behind the product as well as the customers. had a small issue, sent an email and it was fixed above and beyond. Customer service 5 stars! Marketing Team 5 Stars! Product 5 Stars! I have not had an Energy Drink in 2 months since trying and starting Loaded Teas! Excited to keep filling the Flavor Passport. I will say for me one packet is too sweet so i am able to get 2 drinks from one packet which is not a bad thing. I haven’t received my order for teas yet, but have heard only the best things about them from others. I had to contact customer service for some help with my order and a discount code that wouldn’t work. When I reached out to them and showed proof of my code, they refunded my overpayment to me. I love the Teas, both the caffeinated and the caffeine free (I have drank one of each every day since they came in) but I especially love dealing with their Customer Service. I had a shipment lost in the mail (I had delivery confirmation but just not to my home). I waited a few days and contacted the company. It was in NO WAY their error but they were willing to replace the order at no charge to me. Several days later (about 2 weeks) the original lost shipment showed up at my door. I contacted Customer Service asking to be billed for the replacement shipment since the original showed up. They said due to my troubles and the delay, that the replacement shipment was a gift. WOW, what awesome customer service. Now-a-days you deal with companies who do not care about their customers and outsource their Customer Service but The Loaded Tea Shop does not do this and their Customer Service is phenomenal!!! You know you are dealing with a Live Representative and she has been extremely pleasant and friendly. I can not recommend The Loaded Tea Shop higher for BOTH their Teas and their Customer Service.

These are delicious and taste exactly like they describe! Really good and I am so glad they gave vitamins in them, too!!!! I'm having my first one today called "Fun Dip" and realizing it would make a great snow cone!!! Thanks!!!

I made an order on May the 20th. After days of no updates on the tracking, I contacted the company and they responded at a timely manner and resolved the issue. They were very friendly and understanding. I look forward to trying the tea and placing another order.

I love these teas! I was just diagnosed with type 2 diabetes . These teas have really helped with my sugar cravings, they keep me hydrated and they’re full of vitamins and aloe. They now have caffeine free so I can have them in the evening!! If you can’t drink plain water these will help.
In April, my A1c spiked to 12.7 , my glucose was 296. It was time to make some changes and I found these loaded teas in perfect timing. A few days ago I had my blood checked and my A1C was down to 7.5 and my glucose was 94. Along with my diet change these contributed to my progress.
I use a 2qt jug, 32 ounces of water and a big handful of ice cubes. I shake it up and I drink that all day and I have another pitcher I drink from in the evening that is caffeine free . You really have to try all the flavors because some I thought I wouldn’t like and they ended up being my favorite. Just try it!!!

I accidentally put the wrong address in when I ordered my teas and when I messaged The Loaded Tea Shop they were quick to respond. When my ordered was processed they couldn’t change the address I got sad but they are so sweet and decided to send me my order to my right address without pay! I was so excited because now I get to try new things but overall I was most impressed with how fast they replied and how nice, sweet, and generous they were.

I had an order of The loaded tea shop arrive hard in their packets and mixed them up to find that they had a bad taste as well. I emailed The Loaded Tea shop folks and they answered me within just a couple minutes apologizing and asking if I could send pictures of the hard packets and their expiration/lot #’s. I provided the pictures and they immediately processed a replacement for all my damaged packets. This company stands behind their product and they truly care about the customers experience. It is refreshing in this day and age to find that there are still companies that have integrity. Thank you The Loaded Tea Shop!

This is the real thing and they stand behind their product. The flavors are fantastic and the price reasonable compared to everyone else. Gave me energy through the whole day - no after taste. Doesn't leave you feeling thirsty. You want more because it taste good. Definitely give it a try - you won't regret it.

I have never had such a great experience with any other company like this one! I had a slight issue with an order and contacted them about it and they responded almost immediately and wanted to fix it immediately and they did!! Wow! Other companies should learn from them!!!!

I can’t say enough about the stellar service I received. My order didn’t survive the trip to my home in Alaska and arrived damaged. Sadly, a lot of things shipped here are damaged in the mail, so this wasn’t unusual. I reached out to the folks at Loaded Tea and let them know. I wasn’t requesting a refund, I just wanted them to know. I am still stunned at the responses I received from Loaded Tea. They were quick to respond, apologetic, and even though this was beyond their control, they insisted on making it right. They replaced my order - free of charge!!! This experience is going to stay with me for a long, long time. BUY THEIR TEA!!!

The loaded tea shop’s customer service team is phenomenal. I had an issue with my package being delivered. I was on hold with the USPS postal service for over an hour trying to talk to a representative, just to be told there isn’t anything they can do, I need to reach out to the business I bought the items from, which is extremely annoying seeing as they are the ones that lost my package. I reached out to the loaded tea shop about my delivery issue and they responded right away. They took a frustrating situation and turned it completely around. Even though I haven’t had the opportunity to actually try the product yet, I am already impressed by their impeccable customer service and how much they actually care about our happiness. This alone will make me be a continued customer.

The teas are excellent! I have a sensitivity to caffeine, ordered the teas without paying attention to the caffeine content. When I saw they now have caffeine free teas, I reached out and they were very happy to send me the caffeine free teas! So beside the variety of awesome flavors, their customer service is unmatched! Where should I start?…. Im in love with this Loaded Tea shop..from the flavors..fast shipping and GOAT customer service….THIS SMALL BUSINESS I STAND BEHIND ONE BILLION %….i was on vacation for 3 weeks i had an order scheduled for 2 days after i left ..i had my mail held at PO while i was gone..I received an alert from Loaded Tea that they noticed my order had shipped and never been received? When i saw the inquiry/email/alert i was a bit concerned because i knew my order was being held at PO..i answered of course to stop any extra product being sent..until i got home and double checked with PO…i mean why would I accept a replacement for my order if it wasnt lost? THATS HOW CARING Loaded Tea customer service truly is …they keep track of shipping and delivery…nowadays you dont see that service/gratitude often THANKS AGAIN LOADED TEA…loving this batch ill be back again soon..THANKS..Debbie
