The product… chef’s kiss🤌🏼! I tried ONE tea that a friend let me have from her bundle and I was hooked immediately.
The fact that the company is small, local, family owned is what I look for when I shop. The prices are very reasonable for such an amazing product.
I truly believe this company will make it big and they will be extremely successful.
The customer service… unrivaled! I had a question about the charges associated with my order and received a reply within 24 hours…I think within 12 hours.
They were transparent in their explanation and answered my question with the utmost clarity.
I will be recommending this company to everyone that I know who drinks loaded teas.

My order seemed to be lost so I emailed customer support and they got back to me right away! They apologized and shipped my order again to be sure I received it. Rare to find such great customer support! Great company

I Absolutely love the loaded tea shop! I have health issues that leave me struggling to stay hydrated. I cannot retain sodium and have to stay away from potassium. Before these loaded teas I was drinking pickle juice just all summer long to keep going. Just one tea a day has made a huge difference in how I feel! I no longer drink energy drinks just to get through the day. For me its all day long of feeling good. I forgot to mention how great they taste. I haven't had one yet I don't like, but Frog Spit is definitely my favorite! I don't like my drinks very sweet so one packet makes 64 ounces for me. I will be a lifelong customer!

I kept seeing the ads on Facebook so I decided to give it a try and loaded teas are amazing!! I am on GPL 1.. and the loaded teas help with the sugar cravings and also I feel absolutely wonderful drinking them and I drink a lot more water! The company is amazing and the people there are wonderful. I have a couple of my favorites believe it or not frog spit and a mermaid up there on top. Thank you for having such a wonderful product and their customer service like I said is amazing.!

This product is so tasty and the fact that there's no artificial colors no sugar !!! Has vitamins!!! What a great refreshing drink!!!

I am in love with this loaded tea and the customer service! So many different flavors to chose from. It provides clean energy and a wonderful way for me to get my water intake daily which I was struggling with before trying the loaded tea. I've contacted customer service a few times and they are super prompt, helpful and courteous.

My Mom really wanted these so i got the bundle package to surprise her with but when it came and she opened it there was powder in the bag and the packets came damaged BUT!!! i emailed the loaded tea shop and they responded very fast and got everything fixed up for me and sent a new one! I’m really glad i ordered from them they’re the best ever!!!

They accidentally sent me one wrong flavor and the one that I wanted was missing. Within 5 minutes they had messaged me back and had a new one on its way. May have been less than 5 minutes. I truly love this tea, so flavorful fruity and colorful. I don’t do sodas and I don’t like the taste of water- I’ve used other brands of water flavors but found that they gave me heartburn. My husband enjoys all the fruity flavors, the teas give us energy without a sugar crash and these teas have nutrients I need.

Not only is the product delicious, but the customer service and prompt responsiveness is exemplary and something more companies could take note of! I am on my fourth order! I also love the cute, quirky names for their teas. I will continue to do business with the Loaded Tea Shop!

I tried a few packets from my mom and decided to order myself. My favorite flavor is pink power. I noticed I was missing a packet and not even 10 minutes after emailing them, they already had a replacement packet sent my way with no charge. Excellent customer service and great products!!

I am a very new customer of The Loaded Tea shop. My first order was so good I immediately ordered more! When my order arrived, it contained some packets I didn’t pick.

I emailed customer service, and within 12 hours, my missing flavors were already being shipped to me! I have to say that The Loaded Tea Shop has the BEST customer service ever!
On a scale of 1-10, they are definitely a 10!!
