I received my first order a couple days ago and made my first tea right away. The first one I tried was Pear Fusion and oh my goodness! It was SO delicious!!! I've tried two others since then and I'm telling ya....if you have a hard time drinking enough water, this is for you!!! I drank 64 ounces of water using only ONE pack of the tea that first day!!! Please do yourself a favor and place an order.....they have so many yummy flavors to pick from! You can thank me later! 😁

I really wanted to try this product. Imagine my disappointment when my package arrived marked damaged and empty! Within 12 hours of notifying TLTS I had a response with a new order, tracking number and discount code! Not only did the company make this right for me they went above and beyond so I could try their product! Customer service is top notch!

I cannot say enough about their customer service. I have allergies and thought I was choosing the right flavors but I got some I couldn't consume after all. They went above and beyond to help the situation. I am a new customer and will definitely be a lifelong customer now. Also, for those concerned about the price, I found 1 packet can easily last me 2-3 16oz cups since I don't like it too sweet. Either way it's still cheaper than "S" bux.

Loaded tea has made me feel so much better, 1 packet last me all like 10hrs , flavors are fantastic and they are so much more healthy then any energy drinks you get from the gas station. I like it so much that I have been having my friends and family trying it.
I also recently had a couple things to ask customer service and they responded very fast and so polite and respectful...I am thankful for the loaded tea shop and I'll definitely be a long term customer.

I had an order that was stolen. I reached out to the Loaded Tea people and they sent me a replacement order at no extra charge. The communication I was excellent!

Love the flavors im on a weight loss journey so im trying to intake more water well I hate plain water loaded tea flavors enhance the water i love the fact that they are no calories no carbs and it does give you energy. Customers service is amazing they fix any issues you may have with no hesitation. Looking forward to more flavors for me to try

It was my first order and there was a delivery issue. Loaded Tea was very quick to respond and replaced the product for me. I was thrilled with their customer service.

I thought I hadn’t received my order so I emailed them and got a response in less then 3 mins. They were so accommodating and very helpful. Turns out my neighbor had picked up my pkg and when I returned home they gave to me.

I honestly regret buying this product. I originally found it through TikTok where every video made it sound like some amazing healthy energy drink alternative, but after actually trying it and looking into it more, the whole thing feels extremely misleading.

The “tea” is basically a flavored powder packet loaded with sodium, artificial ingredients, and caffeine they market as “green tea sourced,” despite there being no actual brewed tea in the product. The taste was harsh and chemical-like, and several packets in my box arrived completely hardened inside the sealed packaging.

Shipping was another issue. They advertised fast delivery, but my order took over two weeks to arrive. There were also no visible expiration dates on the packets I received, which is concerning for a consumable product.

What bothered me most was the marketing. The company heavily pushes the idea that one packet can make multiple drinks to make the pricing sound reasonable, but realistically most people are using one packet per drink. That turns the product into a very expensive flavored caffeine mix.

I also noticed that whenever anyone left criticism publicly, the comments immediately got flooded with overly polished positive replies that looked copied and pasted. Combined with some concerning reviews I found elsewhere online, the whole thing left a really bad impression.

Overall, this product felt more like a heavily marketed social media campaign than a quality health drink as its HEAVILY marketed as. Avoid.

I made a mistake and forgot to add the discount code for Mother’s Day. I love the tea so I was going to take it as a hit. I figured I’d try to email and see what happens. This was a Saturday. And within an hour I received an email back and a refund. I wasn’t only impressed but so happy to support this kind of company. I will continue to buy my teas because they truly help me with my water intake and I feel a difference with the vitamins. Now my boyfriend sent me a list of flavors he wants to try! 💜

Great customer service, fantastic product! It's flavors are prominent enough to mix and adjust to individual taste, hot or cold. Coupons and discounts offered make it more affordable for those of us on fixed incomes in such an unaffordable world. Love love love...

I accidentally ordered to an old address (autofill) and it was too late to fix it before I realized. The customer service team sent my order again with ZERO hesitation! I just received it today and tried the Fruit Roll up flavor! Delicious! Cannot wait to try the others! Highly recommend!

I just have to say that this company is amazing! I ordered 2 of the 20 pack packages and I had a few missing. I emailed them video and pics to show what I received and literally the next day they shipped out the package replacement. It was the next day only because it was late evening I sent them the proof. Definitely recommend!!

I absolutely LOVE this company! Not only is their product truly amazing and exactly what they claim it to be with some of the best flavors around they exuded the meaning of customer service!

I received my order and a few of the packets were unfortunately not completely sealed during product manufacturing which resulted in a bit of a powdery mess and loss of product. I sent an email just to notify the company of the happening but never expected the amazing service that I was provided! The team quickly responded, resolved and replaced the damaged product… they even adjusted my delivery address to accommodate the fact that I travel for work!
They have gained a customer for life!!!

I got my first order and absolutely love it! I had a mix up with one of the tea flavors I received and emailed about the issue. They responded in less than 30 minutes. Corrected the issue far more than I expected them to and have gained a VERY HAPPY RETURNING CUSTOMER!

The Loaded Tea Shop is AMAZING!!!! I saw the ad on Facebook and on a "whim" placed an order! I am not really a tea fan but thought I'd give it a whirl! Wow! I have no desire for any other beverage other than the Loaded Tea. The flavor, the smoothness, the variety....and it doesn't even taste like tea!!! It is in a class of it's own!

I made a mistake in the ordering process with my address and they worked with me to fix the mistake and get my order! They made it super easy and were super kinda about it!

Customer service was right on my issue ( just got sent the wrong flavor but they sent out new as soon as i let them know ) and handled things very fast! Love these Loaded Teas! I will be buying again! I can get three 40oz cups out of one packet!

First, I like supporting a family-owned business that puts their heart and soul into their products.
I’m not a tea lover, but this product is far from tasting like tea. It’s so much more, something
that taste amazing, good for you and offers an array of flavors, something for everyone.
I prefer the caffeinated drinks for the first part of the day and the non-caffeinated drinks for the evening, so I order both, that way I can have one anytime I want.
