I've been buying paper products from Bazoo for a couple of years, I appreciate the focus on biodegradable offerings and conservation efforts, but I stay with them because they work well. The ordering process, through the site, is straightforward and convenient.
But this last order was unusual; only part of one item was delivered and none of the second. The e-mail messaging seemed unclear as to whether the shipment was supposed to be broken up, so I gave it a few days to resolve.
It was Sunday before I remembered to get in touch with service, but I thought, "I'll mail them now before I forget." I was surprised that my mail got an immediate response just to say it was Sunday so I wouldn't get a conscious response from a closed office. I was even more pleased when I got a second message on Monday saying a response would take a little time due to current load. Things happen that slow processing but I knew the wheels were turning.
Well before the communicated delay passed Rizelle got in touch about my order and I explained my confusion about status and what had already arrived. It was a pleasant and understanding conversation and I was given an exact date for the delivery of all items. And that's exactly when they turned up.
I think that responding to problems in normal processing is an opportunity to show quality, and I think Rizelle is a good example of Bazoo's business operation.

I have probably tried every eco loo roll that there is and I have to say in my experience this is by far the best and the customer service is excellent

Love their ethics, and animal wraps, my only problem is as I live on my own it takes me a while to get through a box! Works out a good price though and I don't have to load up the shopping bags with loo rolls etc.

Fantastic product. Been using them for at least a couple of years. Never a problem, toilet rolls are excellent quality and simply fabulous all round. They also last a lot longer than supermarket bought products and therefore a great saving not just for the environment but also my purse.

I am very impressed with this firm’s toilet paper. It is softer and smoother than Andrex and also than my usual tissues. I prefer it for blowing my nose with if I have a cold. It is also strong.

I am very happy that producing this toilet paper causes less CO2 emissions than producing ordinary toilet paper, and also puts no fertiliser into the water table.

The price is very reasonable at 25p per 100 sheets.

The kitchen paper is also strong and smooth.

I ordered some kitchen rolls and washing sheets. Unfortunately the washing sheets went missing from the delivery during transit. The staff at Bazoo were both understanding and efficient with replacing the lost items. A great company to deal with with great products.

Bazoo sent an item to me twice but did not recieve the item on both occasions.On the 3rd try they sent the item by royal mail and tracked.Recieved my item today.

Easy to make changes to order and great quality products.

I have been using Bazoo bamboo toilet paper for over 2 years, and they last a lot more than other options.
Their laundry sheets are also very efficient and I don't see myself going back to using other laundry products. Their customer service is very friendly, quick to respond and personalised.

Bazoo are an excellent company to deal with. I don’t often sign up for subscriptions, as they can be difficult to adjust when circumstances change—but that’s not the case with Bazoo. They offer complete flexibility, allowing you to pause or delay your orders whenever needed, which I find incredibly useful.

It’s also reassuring to support a UK-based business that contributes to our economy and is mindful of the wider climate challenge—something Bazoo clearly takes seriously.

I would highly recommend giving them a try.

So disappointed. Although the website states that they use Royal Mail 48hr delivery, they don't, they use Evri. I emailed to let them know my tracking had not updated in 6 days & there's a bank holiday weekend coming up & asked if they could chase it up. Evri had already successfully delivered two other, separate items, from different websites (ordered after I placed this one) I was asked to wait until the following day & if they did not arrive, they'd look into it.
So, nothing... I emailed & submitted an online query. The only thing that changed is the tracking page for Evri, no longer recognises my postcode!
I'll be raising a dispute with my bank after the Easter holidays. Such a shame, I really hoped this would be a positive experience.

Very nice product love the packaging I'm glad it is a sustainable product and hopefully helping the planet. Good delivery to the channel islands and if any problems can always contact customer service and a real person replies.

Great quality products consistently with each subscription and the communication and customer service is excellent with quick response times and support available for any queries. Would definitely recommend to others and have expanded the types of products as new ones come on line.
