Mr Waterbed Omdömen

Fantastic service. Price excellent. Postage time also excellent. Communication excellent. there is nothing to dislike about Mr Waterbed. Highly recommend using

Ben was friendly and efficient. He arrived on time with the bed I ordered, removed the old bed and installed the new one. I had ordered the damask cover but after trying it out for one night I asked Ben if I could swap it for a wool cover. He was very helpful and brought the wool cover and installed it for me. Thank you Ben's for your exceptional service. Altogether it was an enjoyable experience and I'm very happy with my new bed.

From the first phone call to the finish, Ben was always helpful. Our king duet bed is awesome. Being in our sixties, we opted for the higher pedestal base and it was a great decision. The four drawers in the base are great. Ben set up our bed and we didn’t have to lift a finger. A no stress deal. Thanks Ben

Ordered the Queen size with draws in the base and double bladders.
Had to wait for the base to be made.
Arrived Thursday and all set up ready to go today ,Friday
No problems setting up and are looking forward to our water bed after 10 years on a mattress.
After a few nights on our new bed my Fitbit is telling me that I am getting at least 8 more points in my sleep score.
So my wife and I are benefitting already from our new bed.

Prompt reply and delivery excellent service to my issue of needing a new cover as i discovered the other cover I had has got black mould so I have spent the last 3 days on my guest bed where I have ended up with back issues but the black mould has probably caused the other health issues I have.

The mattress was (naturally) ordered urgently and it arrived incredibly quickly. Ben was very helpful with advice on installation. Bed is lovely!

We have been using Mr Waterbed for over 20 years now.
Their service is always phenomenal. They are happy to work with you on changes you might need and excellent for on-site maintenance as well

Hi Ben, thank you again for your time and in coming early to help us out. We love our water bed and have it for around 35 years. I don't think I could ever go back to a 'normal bed' because when I sleep in a hotel or somewhere else I realize just how great this waterbed really is. Your service is next to none and we really appreciated it. thanks Kerrie

Bought my bed over a year ago, fast service, great product.
I have now ordered a fill/drain kit and conditioner but couldn't expedite the delivery at the payment stage. Once I contacted Ben, he has it coming to me express post, no further cost.
Great service thank you Ben. 😊

This company obviously prides itself to provide excellent customer care. I purchased a water bed heater online after hours and was surprised to have my Purchase processed and delivered to my door the following morning before 9am. Price excellent, product excellent, service above and beyond my expectations, friendly, fast, efficient. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be purchasing all my water bed needs from here from now on. Well done, I am one very happy customer, thanks
