Excellent service and great communication

We’ve had a great experience working with Zembl. Cian Williams is always a pleasure to deal with – his communication is clear, consistent, and genuinely helpful. He checks in every couple of years which we really appreciate, and makes the whole process simple and stress-free.

Respectful and Profesional

Alix Grosby was very polite and helpful. They communicated to me via phone and email respecting my requests around when and how to connect with me. They were able to save me money on my gas and electricity plan which was my desired outcome.

Super efficient service and savings

Zembl made the process of changing our energy plan super easy and efficient. Great communication and streamlined service. Our not-for-profit organisation is now set up to save thousand of dollars on power bills over the next year.

The person lied to me I said I wanted…

The person lied to me I said I wanted to stay with my current company, he said yeah you will we just got you a better rate. So I said ok and then next day I get a contract from a new supplier! I had to call zembl and they had to gain special permission to change me back to my previous supplier! Bad form! Never again

I was contacted by Zembl to transfer my Business Gas and Electricity

I was contacted by Zembl to transfer my gas and electricity services to a more competitive provider.
This was achieved however all the details given to the new provider were incorrect.
We transferred both business and residential.
My personal account was sent to our business and the electricity account for the business was not transferred at all.
I have been on the phone to the new provider for 40 minutes rectifying the errors.
