In addition to having a simple and easy-to-use website, Mr Waterbed makes reordering even easier by having a clear label on the old bladder that you can refer to when placing a replacement order.

Although I used our Australia Post address when ordering, the company quickly contacted me to confirm our home address, as they use a fast courier service for deliveries.

Ease of purchase. Delivery service and speed.
Just a note, the new bladder has inlet in middle of bladder at foot end. The older bladder had to side which made easier to top up or add conditioner when required as the zipper is in middle of foot end. This now will make having to take off full zipped cover.

The Heater arrived in good condition, as described, rolled up in bubble wrap. Working well so far.

I rang Ben on Saturday, 30 August and discussed with him the best way of replacing our 36 year old water bed which had a leaking bladder.
Together we decided that it would be best to replace the entire top section of the bed. Come Monday, the parts were on the truck for delivery to Sydney.

I purchased my bed on Wednesday expecting delivery next week. Got a text from Ben Thursday to say my beds ready and slated for delivery next morning. He delivered it Friday morning. I'm sleeping well tonight. Very professional company.
