Washtower® is a family-run company established in the Netherlands in 2017. What began as an idea to design a cupboard that would mean no more bending while doing the laundry, developed into an innovative modular cupboard system for the complete furnishing of a laundry room, bathroom or utility room. This was clearly a gap in the market because only five years after launching our business, our team of four has grown to 39 colleagues and we now sell our cupboards in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, England, France and Scandinavia. We hope to soon enter the American markets as well. We want our customers to consider it a joy to do the laundry. That is why we prioritise service and quality. We always make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied. To guarantee safety, we have had our cupboards tested extensively by the German TÜV Rheinland. Washtower® sells the first TÜV-certified washing machine cupboard in Europe, which makes us really proud!

Outstanding product and service
Outstanding product and service. The online web configurator is intuitive and incredibly helpful — it allows you to visualise the setup, view precise measurements, and easily make adjustments. Delivery was faster than expected, with everything securely packaged and complete. The units designed for built-in washer-dryer combos are a rare find, and while not inexpensive, the quality and convenience made it well worth the investment.

I will be honest I bought these on…
I will be honest I bought these on price, my carpenter thought I had lost the plot. They arrived quickly and I started to build them, actually very easy, had a couple of questions which they answered quickly.
I have found the quality great, think everything was great, had a bit of confusion on one unit which was labelled differently to what I ordered but all good.
They look great, no rubbish plinths to worry about.
Would have loved a few more pictures with measurements but all good.
Would I buy again, Yes no issues at all. Was my carpetenter surprised and impressed yes.

Wash tower
The washtower is very sturdy, a tiny bit tricky to put together but once together, very secure.
My washing machine and tumble dryer fit beautifully and the pull-out shelf is a great help. I would thoroughly recommend this product.

We searched for utility units such as these for a long time and finally came across washtower.co.uk. Specification was everything we needed and placed the order. Order was processed quickly with good communication from the delivery company. I personally built and installed the units and into our utility room and couldn't of wished for a better product. Units are robust to cope with washer and dryer easily and have a great finish in black. Over the moon with the transformation of our room. Great product and would highly recommend. Delivery and product where all excellent.The only thing I would say was the cost of delivery did make the product expensive it would be better if you had a distributor in the UK. I would have no hesitation in recommending your products.

Smart unit perfect for a cloakroom
Just moved into a house with a compact utility/cloak room; this washtower was the perfect and neatest way to keep both the washing machine and tumble dryer.
While the delivery charge is quite a lot, the unit boxes are very heavy (over 50kg across 2 boxes). It would've been nice if the driver had brought them into the house rather than leaving outside (this is the reason for only 4 stars). While I'm able to lift a 37kg box on my own I suspect many others would need help.
As long as you read the instructions carefully the unit itself is easy enough to build. The frame is very sturdy and didn't move much even before affixing it to the rear wall. Installing the washing machine underneath was easy enough however adding the tumble dryer took 3 of us to ensure it went in straight and didn't trap the cable.
Overall a great unit (much better than the brackets with straps) that gives a smart finish.

Most transportation companies do not want to risk that one of their employees get, for example back issues, from caring the boxes etc. That is why they are quite hesitant about this. Been looking for a solution for our utility room, due to space we went for the stack. It’s well built sturdy and looks good. Delivery was as expected pallet road side and its heavy but build quality is excellent. Would recommend

The instructions are not that clear but my carpenter managed to put it all together.
It does vibrate a lot when the machine spins and is quite noisy.

We can than have a look at it to see what might need to be reassembled. Because the cabinet should not be vibrating. One tip I could give you already: is the bottom plate on which the machine stands completely level? Please use a spirit level for this. It should be so in the width and depth. After that; turn the feet of your machine in (so that it has it's own industrial level). That might fix the issue! Otherwise; do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, Babette - team Washtower

Excellent product, but expensive and slow to arrive
I ordered a single tower for a washing machine, with drawer and shelf below and cupboard above. The design, construction and finished product are excellent, five stars. The elements that have made me give a three star review are:
1. It took several weeks to arrive
2. Packaging was arranged in such a way that it took a good while to work out what was what ( only a minor issue)
3. The product is quite expensive for what it is.
Also, as a side issue, I wonder if it would be possible to design in a means of lifting a washing machine into place?

Good sturdy product

Washtower have been in touch about a problem we have had with our washtower (no fault of theirs just a freak accident) and they have been exemplary, so helpful and supportive I would thoroughly recommend this company if you are looking for this sort of product. Thank You Washtower Team.
We spent a long time researching the best product for our new utility room and found that the washtower seemed the best option.
The washtower arrived in really good time way before the estimated delivery which was fantastic unfortunately my utility room wasn’t finished so the product stayed boxed up for a few weeks, when we eventually came to open it we found a couple of the pieces had small chips on the edges nothing too bad but not what you expect for the cost we decided to not send it back because we needed it so we built the washtowers and they are great they are really sturdy and fit our room perfectly.
One little gripe which I can’t blame washtower for personally however we had a little leak from one of the connections at the back of the washing machine which we couldn’t see at first (may of been happening up to one week) but the washtower has blown and it looks like we may have to actually get rid of it already which for £1000 is really upsetting.
