The meat I get from them is 100% consistently delicious. I live on the IOW and once the shipping was delayed 4 days The fault was the shipping company. The meat was warm when it arrived. I had to bin it. But warrendale Wagyu sent out another duplicate shipment asap. Best ever. I keep my friends and family all steaked up 💪💪💪💪💪👍👍👍👍👍

Hi Janet, we’re really sorry to hear this happened. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we appreciate you letting us know. We’ll make sure your feedback is passed on to improve the courier service we use.
Underwhelming
I have twice bought Warrendale Wagyu burgers from Waitrose and been underwhelmed by the taste and texture. Definitely not worth the premium price.
I have recently become aware of the poor treatment of farmers by Warrendale and have now chosen not to buy anything with a connection to this company.

Hi Lezil. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you had an underwhelming experience. This isn't a usual experience for our customers purchasing in Waitrose.
Fairness and transparency across the supply chain are paramount to how we operate, and our farmer partners are really important to us. It is why we work with over 700 farmers producing assured, high-quality British Wagyu. However, we are happy to chat to you further about this, so please feel free to contact us by email at admin@warrendale-wagyu.co.uk.

Flaversome and tender
Flaversome, tender meat. We bought shin and brisket to make winter casserole freezer meals etc. This is quality meat and excellent value for money.
