Ordered 25th May, said next day delivery. It’s now 5th June and not even dispatched yet.

It’s the worst company I have ever…

It’s the worst company I have ever dealt with . They claim for next working day delivery is false advertisement. I got my product after 11 days . Customer service is really poor and they just copy paste replies from ChatGPT . I will never buy any product from them in the future . The product itself is not as advertised so waiting for their response for return .

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, been waiting since the 24th May for a fan. I chased delivery to be told out of stock then that afternoon it was dispatched, 1 week later still no fan and tracking the item the transport company is waiting for details. Utter sham of a company.

Shocking customer service

Ordered 26th May when item was 'in stock' on the website, was told delivery 2nd June due to high demands. 5th June still no email regarding despatch. Waited 30mins on the phone from 12 in the queue to 1, Then automated voice recording telling me to email their support so no chance to actually speak to anyone. I emailed, and recieved a generic response regarding the high demand delays. They refuse to give me a new estimated delivery date. Not impressed.

I am trying to track a delayed order. Placed on hold for 37 minutes in a queue with constant updates as to my progress up the order. On getting to number one a message to say”Please E Mail Us” poor customer service

As of this time I have paid for a fan…

As of this time I have paid for a fan that has not been delivered, no delivery note pushed through my door, no delivery event on my house cameras, just an email stating it has been delivered. I have phoned with no response, I have sent emails… with no response, I am now contacting my bank to help recover my money. I thought this was a genuine company, I was wrong … DO NOT USE !!

Vortex Air - Avoid

Vortex Air accepted the order on a next day delivery. Almost 2 weeks later I have no delivery. No customer service feedback at all on any form of contact via email.
Called 3 times - joined as customer 16th in line, 30+ mins later get told to email........
Call again and ironically I am 16th in line again and listening to classical music - to be cut off again at 30+mins.

I just want to cancel my order.

Poor customer service, lack of updates and i cannot even comment on the product as I fear I may never see it. By this point I just want my money back to buy a different product from John Lewis where service will be much better

Disappointed with filter system

To start off with we have had two issues with the Vortexair H2Oasis Water Filtration System since purchased in January of this year. The first issue was resolved quickly, however the second issue is taking far too long. I have contacted support numerous times and no one has responded. I am very disappointed with this product and customer service and will not recommend to anyone. Previously we were told by your team that we will be given a new filter system if another issue arises, but like I previously mentioned, support has not been contacting us.

Ordered on 26th May

Ordered on 26th May, promised NDD, like many others, still waiting for the delivery, tracking says they are waiting for the item, insulating that 'Jules' emailed me to see how I was doing with my order!!!. Seems every response to the customer from Vortex is the same with no real update. How much of people's money are they holding on to here? Really disappointed as when I ordered the reviews were good and it's been all over social media.

Ordered a fan on 25th May for next day delivery., 12 days later still not delivered.
Emailed and used webchat - a bot generated response. I have asked to cancel and get a refund - no reply.
Tried calling the customer service number on 3 occasions - they keep you on hold for 30 minutes and hang up when get to the last person waiting.
Please save yourselves the hassle, you will be scammed. This is my first ever trust pilot review because I so angry

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Next day delivery? Non existent. Coming up for 2 weeks and they have only just stated that another company have 3000 units of theirs all ordered ont he same day. I didn't order from anyone else. That is an internal problem. Customer service impressively slow, total lack of ownership and no appetite on their behalf for resolution. Cannot even get the refund we have requested for non-delivery of our order.

Still waiting for a refund

I ordered a fan over the bank holiday weekend then emailed them to cancel on May 26, which was confirmed by customer service. A week later I still hadn’t received a refund. I emailed them again and received no response, on June 5 I rang, spending 30 minutes on hold and reaching number one in the queue whereupon I got a recorded message telling me to email. Something has gone badly wrong with their customer service.

Same as many other reviewers. When ordered it was stated as next day delivery. If they had been honest ( appreciating the weather ) then I could have looked into other options but instead I had to go away without the product I needed. Also waited for 30 mins in a call, got to number 1 in que, just to be dumped off call. Noting the generic reponses to all these complaints. Not great customer team here. In terms of the fan, nothing hugely special ...

The Vortex air pro

The Vortex air pro i ordered took 10 days to arrive and it was only computer generated responses from the company. I had started to feel it was a scam until I saw the company apology for delays. I also felt they should have stopped the advertising short time during the delays.
I have given 4 stars as the fan is well packaged and works well. Wpuld recommend but dont ofder if you need it urgently

Maximal effort in advertising and minimal effort on providing a customer service to match

I am currently waiting in queue to speak to someone. I wish i had read these reviews before ordering. My items came late despite me thinking they were next day delivery. Re: the two items i ordered; one was discounted but I fell for the pressure tactic of them giving a limited window of time to add this to original order...i ended up ordering the older model as the second item, in error. Returns are not straightforward as they want you to make conctact first. No reply to email to ask for return. Now in queue on phone. Never got a reply to my original email informing them of the accidental order and requesting cancellation or advice on how to return. How frustrating to see they also just paste the same response on trustpilot to each poor review that comes in. As i dreaded, i
I have just got from 17th in queue to 1 (30 minutes waiting) only to hear the message: 'please email us... your email is very important to us' and the call then ended. So the customer helpline clearly isn't important. I am now wondering if one could get to the end of the returns window without ever receiving a reply to request for return!

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Vortex.

I ordered two fans a week before the May heatwave, expecting timely delivery given the circumstances. Instead, the delivery process was chaotic and highly stressful, involving unacceptable and intimidating behaviour from the delivery driver.

After raising this, Vortex apologised and rearranged delivery for the following Saturday — right in the middle of the heatwave — and confirmed in writing that I would receive a full refund within five working days.

It has now been over two weeks. Despite sending multiple emails and making several phone calls (often waiting 30 minutes or more), I have made no progress. Calls are routinely cut off when reaching the front of the queue, and I am repeatedly told to email instead. The responses I do receive are generic and clearly do not address my case or even acknowledge previous correspondence.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I am still owed £219 and have yet to receive any meaningful update or resolution.

If this is not resolved immediately, I will be pursuing the matter through the small claims court to recover the full amount, along with any associated costs. I will also be formally requesting a full investigation into the conduct of the delivery driver.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company based on my experience.

Expect a long wait on delivery (if any delivery) and no response for queries!

Only part that is 5* was ordering. On doing that on 26th May the delivery date was given as 2nd June. Heard nothing. So on 2nd June tried to contact through help desk. Hung on for 30 minutes when was told to use email and would have a response to that within 24 hours. Tried the Help Desk again with same result, 30 minutes wait and message to e-mail. Sent an email on 2nd June and the initial response was a reply in 48hrs . Later that afternoon on the 2nd got a message "Your order is on its way" with a link to DX (delivery company?). Clicking that link gave the message "We have received your order details and are expecting your parcel shortly". Now 5th June. No response received to e-mail and link to DX still says the same. To add insult to injury Vortexair have been sending advertising e-mails.

Response received from Vortexair within a few hours - how can they do this and not respond to already existing customers awaiting their delivery but with NO indication as to when - Vortexair can be busy but that is no excuse not to keep existing customers up to date with their order ! Need to sort out their priorities.
