Overall a good machine

Good communication from the company.
Delivery arrived very quickly.
Vortex Air gives out an extremely cooling
breeze. Not as quiet as expected, not much quieter than a bladed fan really but more powerful. Overall a good machine.
Haven’t used the remote as haven’t needed
to.
Personally, probably should have got the desk fan,
purely because it’s smaller and the round shape would be more suitable for a bedside. Might be something to
consider in the future.
Would recommend the Vortex Air.

Frustrated customer

Order placed 25th May. Still awaiting what I was sold as next day delivery. Unable to get through by phone. In the queue for 45 and 30 minutes only to reach No1 and told to email. Sent 3 emails promised response in 48 hours no response.
Email received to say dispatched. Tracking number says 2nd June for delivery still waiting. No communication from this company whatsoever

Still not received my vortex air and…

Still not received my vortex air and phone the company on the phone for 30 mins in the queue and then got to 0 in the queue and they hung up today is the 6th June and still not received it all it says on the tracking still waitin for parcel to arrive from vortex 😡😡😡

No comms, no delivery...

Ordered on 25th May (now 5th June). Despite advertising next day delivery (pre 3pm) we've still not received!

Ive emailed 3 times, no response. Tried to phone and 29 people in queue - on hold for 30 mins and then it cuts you off!!

Really poor communication, I assume you will be busier than normal after the heat wave but a small communication effort to confirm you are behind and please be patient. NOTHING... Silence is not good for a new customer, thinking is this a scam and putting in a charge back....

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible! Avoid if you intend in actually receiving an item.

I placed an order for (2x vortex fans) on the 26th of May. To which I am still waiting for delivery.

It was advertised that if I ordered 2 I would get 20% off with next day delivery. So I did. Now the company has £224 of my money leaving me with nothing to show for it.

I contacted the company on Monday 1st June (1 week after purchase) via the customer support email. Which it was also advertised that they will respond within 48 hours. I’m still waiting for a reply now!

I was then told by email that a fake company is going round impersonating them. So I checked my order and everything is legit. This then prompted me to get in contact again. I used the customer support phone number. (It puts you in a que of about “20 people” then when you get down to 1 in the alleged que, it cuts you off.) I tried this twice and twice I got cut off. There’s 2 hours of my life I won’t get back.

I then emailed customer service again after the calls on Thursday the 4th June and yet still no reply.

I will be going to trading standards!

Avoid This Company – Extremely Poor Service

I completely agree with many of the recent reviews – my experience has been equally disappointing.

I placed an order on 25th May and paid for next-day delivery. While I appreciate this was a bank holiday, I would still have expected some form of communication or update the day after. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for my order, so much for next day delivery!

Customer service appears non-existent. It is impossible to get through on the phone, emails go unanswered, and the tracking system is completely useless, providing no meaningful updates or information about the status of the order.

I have now requested a refund via email, although given the lack of response so far, I am not holding my breath.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Still no delivery!

Well, here we are on the 6th June & I still haven’t received my order placed on the 24th May, I have emailed the company various times and still no joy, their last response days ago was to say the order had been despatched but still no fan!! I was kept waiting on the phone over 30 mins to be told to WhatsApp or email & then cut off. I keep checking on shopify for delivery news but all it says is’waiting for details’. I would request a refund but I’m not sure how!!I don’t like writing bad reviews but feel I have no option, would not recommend this company!!

I love how you can buy the Vortex with…

I love how you can buy the Vortex with a choice of colours. Its very nice to look at and it wont gather dust like traditional fans do. I bought two . One for my lounge and one for my bedroom. They are so powerful and the fan is just what I needed for the recent heatwave.
The fan is compact, light and you can tilt the fan and have it on rotate . I love the remote control. I can sit in bed and put it on and off without budging!
My mum loved the fact that she can use the heater too and she loves the blue version of the Vortex and she is 90 next week and we hope to purchase one for her birthday gift. A very nice fan in many ways.
