Awful!! Ordered 2 weeks ago with still waiting even though said next day delivery. Have emailed and stated that they are busy. Do not recommend and do not buy from these people.

Shocking company, don’t know what customer service means
Trying to contact customer services (I use that term very lightly) to get a refund for my fanand get return information. Messaged and emailed and no reply, shock…
The fan is not fit for purpose and does not live up to the hype, it’s noisy and the cool air, well, I could blow harder than that.
I shall be contacting my bank to get a charge back and will report to Trading Standards.

I have only used it twice since it arrive
I have only used it twice since it arrived as it’s not been as hot but I read the instructions got the knack as first attempt it was warm air. Think once we get the heat will get a lot of use in it was pretty quiet too. Looks sleek to very pleased so far 🙂

The company have not delivered the fans, next working day delivery is a joke don't believe them it's appalling service. when i ask for a refund i get stupid emails with no commitment or helpful content. to date still no refund. terrible company that have no loyalty or support for the customer. Avoid them don't waste your money or time with this company.

Rubbish Fan
Rubbish Fan, told them about my issues and after two weeks no one has got back to me. When I mean rubbish, the extension is too small the fan doesn't pan down and when it pans left to right it gets suck in one position and this happened from day one!!!

Ordered 25th May and it was advertised as next day delivery. No sign of out of stock or low levels. It’s now Sunday 7th June 2026 and I’ve still not received this item.
Every email states the same thing and even sent me one asking how my new item was.
No joy with calling aswell.
They have till the end of the week or I will asking my bank to get the money back.
Shocking experience. Stay away!!

A great fan delivered after only a short delay
I ordered a fan during the recent heatwave. Despatch was slightly delayed, but I did get a polite response from Customer Service when I queried it. Considering the surge in orders, they did very well.
The product is all I had hoped for. Quiet, easy to operate, effective and it looks great. Can’t fault it!

Overall a good machine
Good communication from the company.
Delivery arrived very quickly.
Vortex Air gives out an extremely cooling
breeze. Not as quiet as expected, not much quieter than a bladed fan really but more powerful. Overall a good machine.
Haven’t used the remote as haven’t needed
to.
Personally, probably should have got the desk fan,
purely because it’s smaller and the round shape would be more suitable for a bedside. Might be something to
consider in the future.
Would recommend the Vortex Air.
