I ordered my fan on 25/5. 8/6 today and still nothing!
I ordered my fan on 25/5. it is now 8/6 and i still haven't received it even though it was meant to be next day delivery. I sent a message on 1/6 and still haven't heard back. I am getting really annoyed now. I see Vortexair are very busy on trust pilot apologising to people for the delays but i am still seeing vortex adverts on my socials. Shouldnt they spend more time actually delivering and not apologising and then advertising to more people until they can actually deliver what they promise? Nobody has got back to my email. I asked for a full refund. that was on 1/6 and still heard nothing at all. today is 8/6. I am sooo disappointed. I want my money back!!!!

Shockingly poor
Shockingly poor. Order made 27 May. Cancelled on 31st as we sourced an alternative which came back into stock. All replies to our cancellation and subsequent follow up have simply been asking us to be patient as orders are delayed. Tried to call to sort it out. In a queue for 15 minutes and when I got to no 1, automated message instructing me to email and cutting me off. All the meanwhile Vortex have my £219. Very very poor. The product might be good but with service like this, it isn’t worth taking the risk of purchasing.

Potential Scam
Ordered a fan 27th May and paid for it, still no arrival, can't get through to customer service nor am I getting a response to my emails any more. On hold for 40 minutes today, got to position 1 and then got a message to email in to vortex air. Starting to think this is a scam.
Just a footnote, having received a fairly generic reply from Vortex Air which gave no specific update I was asked not to send multiple emails about the same case. My response is that if you sort the problem satisfactorily I won’t need to keep emailing.

Just like most others here, I still haven’t received my order I placed on the 26th May. The courier hasn’t received the parcel yet, despite being dispatched on the 2nd June.
No response to my 3 emails & cut off after 30 minutes of being “in a queue”. Isn’t it funny that’s happening to everybody who calls. Avoid this dodgy company. Absolutely zero customer service.

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!
I ordered two bladeless fans on the 26th May, it is now the 8th June and I am still none the wiser to where my order is, I email and email and I never get a response. I called and sat in a queue for 30 minutes just for an automated voice to tell me to email and they will response in 48 hours which has already been proven untrue.
I want to provide constructive feedback, but how can I be constructive about a product I don't have and a service that simply isn't being provided.
They have paid advertisements by influencers who openly advertise next day delivery which is false advertisement, it isn't even an option and I appreciate there is a high demand, but why isn't demand being met? What is going so very wrong?
If I receive my order and the product is great, I will happily add this to my review, but for now, I honestly couldn't be more disappointed if I tried, they're happy to take your money and sadly, once they have your money, they will happily ignore you.
Update - Vortex have replied to my review, but not my emails. As previously stated though, I will amend my review once the products have been received, I am not a bitter person and if the product is good, I will review accordingly, but I felt that nothing was being done and my emails were being ignored.
Futher Update - The products have finally been received and you pretty much can't fault the product, but people should know that even though this is a hot and "cool" fan, this does not blow cold air at you and instead works more like an ordinary fan. That being said, it is a strong fan nevertheless and a lot quieter than the standard fan I previously had, much more suitable for night time use.
The heating side of this fan is good, a little bit lack luster, but it is good, the more powerful your have your hot fan on, the cooler the air being blown actually feels, it is of course still warm, but certainly not as warm as if you had it on the lowest fan setting.
The product feels very light, but still decent quality considering the price as opposed to the obvious competitor and as someone who has two young children, I feel save having these fans around with them being bladeless.
The experience I went through to get these fans aside, the products good, but do not expect them to blow cold air as it is just a fan.

This is the second review as it is the only way vortex will respond. I have sent emails and tried to call. Still no fan, you have created tracking but not dispatched. This is definitely a scam as you previous reply stated you had been overwhelmed with orders but that was over two weeks ago and you are still selling the products. I think it’s time for trading standards to get involved. Avoid this company!

Ordered a Proplus fan 21st May and paid extra for Saturday delivery. The fan was never delivered and despite sending numerous emails no response. I had to log a case with PayPal who eventually obtained a refund for me.
I guess there’s a reason why Dyson is more expensive !!

I ordered the Vortex Air Pro Plus from you on 25th May 2026 under the explicit term of next-day delivery. This timeline was not met.
On 30th May 2026, I emailed you to cancel this order under my statutory rights. To date, I have received no response, no delivery, and no refund.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are legally required to refund my payment of £134.99 within 14 days of my cancellation notice. If this full refund is not processed to my original payment method within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice and initiate a formal dispute with my bank to recover the funds.
