Ordered a Vortex Fan on 23rd May, they took my money, had a notification on 27th May with tracking number, still waiting for my fan!!! Sent 5 plus emails, tried calling them was in a queue of 27, after 40 minutes a recorded message said contact support!!! This happened twice. No one is responding to my emails. Absolutely diabolical customer service, its as if they are ghosting me. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

I refused the late delivery
I have an update on my situation which is interesting when I see so many others are complaining about the same thing.
I too ordered with next day delivery, then heard nothing. I tried phoning, got to front of line & was told to email. I emailed, cancelling the order. I then contacted my credit card, who refunded the money to my account.
2 weeks later I got an email saying they would deliver today. I refused it at the door, saying I had cancelled & been refunded. The courier was pleasant & took the item back.
I've also noticed that when you criticise they post the same standard message, but if your post is positive they thank you. Dreadful company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
Avoid at all costs. They do not have a return policy even though they promise that they have a 30 day return Guarantee. Unfortunately there is no process set out for return if product is faulty and when you try and contact Customer service they do not respond. POOR!!!

I dislike leaving poor reviews but feel i have no choice, I placed my order on 25th May and order confirmation shows that it would be delivered on 2nd June. I had no shipping information so contacted them via email on 2nd June asking when it would arrive and had a generic response back from them and no answer to my actual question. Then later that day I then had and email stating my order was on it's way along with shipping confirmation and tracking for DX, yet a week later, tracking still shows that DX are waiting for the parcel and I've still not received my order.
I've noticed that they are responding with the same copy and paste response to the majority of bad reviews left by annoyed customers.
They're not actively contacting customers to advise of a delay, but instead are waiting to be contacted by customers chasing their orders - that is not good service.
I believe they've oversold the products and are waiting for a new delivery on 15th June - if my order doesn't arrive by then I will be contacting my card provider and requesting a refund.
At this point i cannot recommend this company.

Ordered 23/5 with next working day delivery. Over a week before it arrived. Constant attempts to contact Vortex Air to return this product however either met with a copy and paste reply without looking at my request or totally ignored the request. Please be aware of this before buying and consider buying from the high street. Very, very, very poor customer service

Have placed my order in good faith looking at the positive reviews for a next day delivery and was told it would then be 4th June and then again told 15th but got a notification to say it was shipped but only a label was printed- have tried to call and email but get nothing back - am concerned this is now a scam and trying to get a refund

Horrible company
Horrible company, ensured on the website it would arrive next day delivery. Took 10 days, arrived after the heatwave and when it began raining. pointless and expensive. Not worth it. When i emailed, i was ignored had to keep folllowing up and an agent called ros kept replying to me with the same generic email. Now trying to get a refund and return the item.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company! Ordered for next day delivery, it took 15 days. Tried cancelling but kept receiving the same email, they didnt even read my emails. I no longer wanted the item but it was impossible to get through. If you call, you will wait 30 mins then an automated message tells you to email. Ignored my requests to cancel, sent it anyway and took my money. I will not review the product, this was a terrible experience and customer service was unexistent.

Awful scam of a company
Awful scam of a company. Finally got my product 3 weeks later. Phone number that doesn't connect after 30 minutes and when asked for a refund I was ignored. Standard response back to everyone. Reported to my bank, Actionfraud and consumer rights.

Despite several e mails to cancel this order without any reply as this was purchased for a birthday present based on their promise of next day delivery, ordered 25th may birthday 29th may. I had to buy a fan from elsewhere so on going case with PayPal to get my money back, I now get an e Mail telling me it’s getting delivered tomorrow 9th June, well I will be refusing delivery what a absolute joke of a company. If you really cared you would stop with this generic reply and start doing something about the situation.

Placed an order on the 22nd of May…
Placed an order on the 22nd of May after being assured it will be delivered the next day - it is now 8th of June - no order, no responses to emails, waiting on phone lines for upto 45 mins to be cut off when you finally get to caller 1. I’ve contacted FX who have said that the packages are sitting at their depot and they can’t release them until they have authorisation from Votex. What are you doing votex?! The heat wave was 2 weeks ago, get over it and refund everyone’s money. I am almost £300 down and have now contacted my bank for a chargeback claim. Absolutely ridiculous company

Finally had a response via Instagram DM - they said they will inform DX to release the fans back to them and then will authorise a refund. 1 step forward and 10 steps back. Now they have the fans AND my money. And are once again failing to respond, it’s been almost a month!

In line with my previous review of Vortex Air, having finally received my order it seems I now have to jump through numerous hoops to get details on how I return my order that is no longer required. I keep getting automated replies to my emails from a company called ‘Hotsnap’ but as yet no return address details. I’ve had enough now and just need rid of this order back to where it came from and my money back. It would appear I have to foot the cost of the return which seems very unfair when I bought it on the basis Vortex Air were advertising next day delivery. Yes, I appreciate it might have been a busy period for them but why not let customers know this?!! Oh and in addition there’s an option to ‘speak to a human’. You’re put on hold for 30 minutes and then connected to an automated message asking you to email HotSnap!
Warning to anyone thinking of using this company, stay well clear!!
