Am avut o experiență plăcută, am întâmpinat câteva probleme, dar contactand angajații, totul sa rezolvat foarte repede, respect echipei!!

Am avut o mică problemă cu primirea cărților de îmbarcare și am apelat la chat-ul live Vola.ro. Spre surprinderea mea, un consultant m-a preluat imediat și a rezolvat totul în mai puțin de 5 minute. Foarte profesionist, amabil și eficient. Apreciez suportul oferit și cu siguranță voi apela din nou la serviciile lor. Recomand cu încredere!

Pe 13 iunie 2025 am avut zborul către Dablin cumpărat de pe site-ul Vola.ro, am platit un bagaj de cală in valoare de 32€, iar când am ajuns in aeroportul Cluj sa fac check-in, am descoperit că Vola.ro nu plătise bagajul de cală către compania HiSky, așadar a trebuit să plătesc încă o dată bagajul de cala, de data aceasta taxa fiind în aeroport de 48€. Am înțeles de la personalul de la aeroport că nu sunt singurul pasager furat de către cei de la Vola.ro.

Situatia a fost rezolvata foarte repede, am primit raspunsurile rapid si simplu. Apreciez promptitudinea!

It’s so sad to see I this but another greedy agency is following the master’s orders to make fun out of the customers for everything they do is only good for them not the customers how do you want to take the big bonuses only to make fun of us .For a change of a ticket in value of 420£ for 3 person is was asking me 1570£ only to change the date so good people choose well don’t choose this agency is a big lie and a scammer because is making fun about the customers Best regards

This was my first time buging planeta tickets. They helped me with any Information what I needed în a few minute. I'm gratefull buying ticket from vola. They are a trustworthy company.

I made 2 reservations with Vola.ro, both for Ryanair flights. For the return tickets I was able to check my reservation and add it to my Ryanair account, using the reservation number and my personal email address.
For the other trip, I couldn't access my reservation and I have contacted Vola.ro for assistance. First by email and I couldn't get the details for the reservation, then by chat. At the chat they told me that I will receive an email, but I had to write them again. For 3 days in a row I was asking about details of my reservation and still not being able to check my flight and to add the reservation to my Ryanair account.
They told me that for the flight they were using another email address (a very strange one) and I could see my reservation using that email address. It was not working and they didn't come back to me.
I wrote more that 5 emails and still not getting back with the details of my reservation.
Please avoid at all costs Vola.ro

I was helped quickly and professionally to check in for my flight to Vienna on a Ryanair operated flight.
