Ended up visit one of the branch in Dar salam mall and in one minute I got a clear response.. imagine 4 persons false information. I am Oreedo client and switch to Vodafone but service are too POOR my luck
They don't care about customers
I am experiencing Vodafone for the 1st time in Qatar.
I had a technical issue and opened a ticket.
Fixed an appointment for last Friday, between 11 AM and 1 PM. NOBODY CAME.
Called the customer service, was promised that someone would contact me "immediately".
Waited 24 hours, received a phone call on Saturday.
We agreed that the technician would come yesterday (Sunday) at 6.30PM.
NOBODY came.
My free trial ends here. I am extremely disappointed of the poor attention to the customer.
Probably the world's worst WIFI provider
Whatever you do, never use Vodafone in Qatar. I was a WiFi customer of theirs. I moved flats. I let them know in advance and ran through the process with them on the phone, several times to err on the side of caution. I was told to disconnect all the router and other boxes, move these, call Vodafone once in my new flat and they would send a technician in 24h to set up the WiFi in my new flat. I moved. I called Vodafone once. I was told a technician would contact me. Nobody called me back. I called twice. Again I was told a technician would call but nobody called me. This circus went on for a whole month and obviously in the meantime I have no WiFi. After a month of waiting, and a good dozen calls to Vodafone I gave up and called Ooredoo. In one afternoon I had WiFi up and running in my flat. I called Vodafone to terminate my contract and now months after they are trying to get me to pay for amounts due after I terminated my contract with them as well as for the month when they failed to give me the WiFi connection. The level of incompetence is beyond comprehension. I have waited over 10h of my time on this. All I want is to never have to deal with Vodafone ever again.

I would put zero star for vodafone qatar. Very bad service , even the employee they’re not helpful. However , i have valet card it got expired and have to renewed on February 2024 i have been to many branches ( city center , villageo , almeera and landmark ) all of them said they dont have cards available but landmark branch gave me expired card that i cant use , i tried to use it at the pearl and i had to pay 30QR for their mistake.
Worst Customer Care - Disconnected my connection and refuse to restore - make me suffer and all my internet work
which i get to know after few minutes of my call once my internet stop working
Upon calling them again and time for even more 57mins they kept on transfering the calls to other departments and agreed that mistakenly they disconnected.
I have to explain each time to other representative and they kept on asking similar question to add to my agony.
A guy from consumar care gautam told me team will call me back to solve the issue in 10mins but they never called.
Again i called them and they told me team will call me back in 1 hour and similary 6 hours passed and nothing happend. I called them again and the cuatomer care guy told me no request has been raised against your number and he will raise the request and team will contact me to inquire about how this blunder happened.
I want the solution and customer care keeps on telling me the issues about why my connection cannot be restored.
All my work is on internet and i am suufering from a long time.
Just now i called customer care again and as always they kept lieng about that someone will call me and i will receive a ticket no thru message but all in vain as i didnt Received anything and to my surprise this customer care guy named something ahmed hang up on me.

Vodafone is fraudulent and trying to scam customer by falsifying data and overcharging customers. Poor customer service and they dont even follow up on the registered complaints. Such a shame that this kind of corporate scams are let loose
Vodafone sucks
On December 31, 2024, I departed from Qatar and promptly contacted Vodafone to terminate my service as I was leaving the country permanently. My Vodafone number in Qatar was 50825654. They assured me that the disconnection would be processed. However, upon reaching the Qatar International Airport, I received a message from Vodafone indicating that they would contact me within 3 days to discuss my plan. Feeling dismayed, I immediately called Vodafone once more to reiterate my request for service termination, and to ensure this, I requested a confirmation number for the telephone conversation. They reassured me that the conversation was recorded and that I need not worry. The confirmation number provided was 180075570856, and the representative I spoke to was named Kamachi.
Upon my arrival in the United States, I received a message from Vodafone stating that my international plan had been successfully renewed for another month. This has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am seeking immediate resolution to this matter. I strongly advise against using Vodafone due to my personal experience with the company.
