Super light weight glasses. The color very bright and pretty you can use this to highlight a dark suit that you are wearing. I’m so in love with these frames! So much fun!

I purchases 3 pair of prescription glasses from them 2 pair has already broke and it's been less than two months. I won't be purchasing anymore frames from vlook.

First time ordering from this company and my Prescription must be off and the glasses are to small and hurting my ears this is very disappointing and a waste of money .I will not be ordering from this company again #20210801043234362429 .. UPDATED-it’s Oct 3 2021 still No one help

I just ordered a pair, and I chose the DHL express service. I hope the shipping goes as planned, I have a long trip coming up soon.

I puchased a pair of white glass with my prescription. But when they arrived the other day the frames were clear and my prescription was not correct. I can't even read with these. Now they want me to pay to ship them back so they can correct there mistake. I contacted there customer service team and they still keep telling me they did the job right...Then why can't I see or read with my prescription glasses from your company and why do I have to ship them back. It is your responsibility to make sure your customer who is spending money on your site is satisfied with your product?

This company is the most professional group of people I have ever met online. Customer service department is fast and efficient. I have not had any issues with anything that I needed to return which wasn’t their fault I just changed my mind on a few things and they honored my request with no hesitation. I will recommend Vlook glasses to anyone who needs glasses, they are beautiful they fit perfectly and my prescription is exact. I would even be willing to advertise for them. They deserve this five star rating that I have given them.

I am not sure if I want to reorder again. 1st it was the glasses were caught up in custom they did not know when I was going to send them out. They said they were send me another pair or refund with me leaving town for 1 month I said go ahead and refund will repurchase on my return then I get another email. Saying i would receive them 4/13 and then they said they were delivered I advised them I did not received it... They have now stop emailing me back

Really inexpensive glasses! Sturdy and came in a case better than the one I got from the eye dr’s DESIGNER lenses.

I had two pair of glasses made and they COMPLETELY did my prescriptions wrong. I don't know what numbers they were looking at but they wasn't the numbers in my script. They even had the nerve to send me. Copy of my script. My doctor checked the glasses they made and it was no where near the script I inputted and gave them. Now they want me to send them the glasses back in order for me to get a corrected pairs🤬 Very disappointed in their service.

To their answer: the reply is very bogus. it seems this is what they reply to everyone's problems instead of owning up to the screw up. My prescriptions clearly say +375 but they made my glasses a +500. How does a 3 look like a t 5?? If I could post a pic would what they have on file to what was dont I would.. I have yet to hear from them about my issue.. then they want me to send my glasses back to an apartment in texas..

Omg guys, I am so impressed with this company. I just left a review on vlookglasses Instagram page. My prescription was crystal clear and the frames as well as the cases are made like designers. The price to add the prescription is way cheaper than all the other companies in China that I usually shop with and I received my glasses in under 3 weeks. This company is outstanding!!!!! I think I'm going to do a YouTube review on them although I've never done one before. This is my new go to company!!!!!! Thank you for the fast shipping!!!!

This company is a scam , they took money out of my account. They say they r a USA company but they r from China. I never received my glasses. They want give you a refund.
