Couldn't be more disappointed!!
I've purchased multiple glasses from this optical company and been very satisfied. However, the prescription in my most recent purchase is incorrect, and the glasses cause double vision. Although I've contacted them through email, Vlook refuses to do anything to correct its error.

Horrible customer service and loyalty
I own about 8 pairs of glasses that I purchased from vlookoptical.com. Recently I order replacement sets for Elise model glasses because the handle broke as well as the Paddy frames. I swoped out the Paddy lenses, with no issue. The Elise lenses don't fit the frames. The company acknowledged that the Elise glasses lenses are a little bit bigger than the old frames. They want me to pay half for the new lenses. I not going to because the lenses not fitting isn't my fault. They should replace them without charge, not only because it's the right thing to do. But I bought 8 pairs over the last 3 years.

I had a quality issue with my glasses and customer service was incredible! They were so happy to help me out and said they'd send me a replacement pair. I was really impressed by how quickly they responded and how eager they were to fix the problem.

I bought 3 pairs of glasses from them, one with photochromic lenses! The prices are great and the quality is good. The frames are exactly like the pictures on the website and really stylish. They arrived super fast and came in a nice little box with cleaning cloths.

The prices are incredible
The prices are incredible. This is my second order and people can't believe I got two pairs for less than the price of one! There are so many styles to choose from, and it was easy to try them on using the computer camera. Even my eye doctor was impressed with it!

I originally purchased my glasses in…
I originally purchased my glasses in late November 2023. They spontaneously broke on my face on a cold day in February 2024. I had to wait 3 weeks for the replacement frame to ship out. The new frame then broke in April 2024 in a different spot, and the when I mentioned that it was due to the lenses being manufactured too large for the frame and causing undue pressure to the frames and I wanted the lenses recut to prevent further breaking to the next frame I was told I had to use my warranty and pay $6.95 shipping. Today is May 29, 2024 and the third frame has broken on my face. The frames all break along the nasal part of the frame, no where near the temple. I have experience in the optical field, the workmanship of these frame and lenses are sub-par and I do not recommend. A frame should not break apart like this and there should not be pressure lines on my lenses the way there are.

I have been getting my glasses from you…
I have been getting my glasses from you for at least 4 years. Last year I pair did not come as a progressive and I emailed and no one responded. Today I received my glasses and the same frame name of frame I ordered last year is not the same size frame. Also both pairs say they are progressive on the bag but they are not. What are you going to do to fix it.

This company is awful
This company is awful. They steal your money. I canceled my order 7 hours after placing they refused stating they had already started on my glasses. One month and one week later no glasses. Contact them they tell me contact post office. After going back and forth 5 times with them they wanted to send a pair glasses I refused and informed them I will try to contact my financial institution. Please don't order from this company.
