I came to ask for a document. There was no one around that I could speak to. A gentleman from one of your team was passing by and asked me if I needed help.
I informed him what I needed. He took my details and within few days, I received an email with everything that I needed. I was so grateful with the service that was rendered to me, very efficient.

The sales team has been amazing! So helpful and supportive, always answering my emails within an hour, usually half an hour or less! Extremely helpful, informative and friendly throughout the whole process, guiding me through each step, making it run smoothly and always keeping me in contact and up to date and letting me know what I need to do.

Never had any issues with repairs and as a tenant no myself some jobs take longer to fix as parts need ordering phone operators have allways been very hekpful and workmen/women have allways been very polite informative and suportive best housen asoc iv been with . Especally threw covid very helpful

No support for victims
Vivid have let me, a vulnerable adult living next door to drug taking tenancy breaching violent attacking humans who have caused myself,my partner my dog and children to be homeless due to their terrible assesments that have not been fully followed. After being attacked by my a neighbour for letting a police officer through my property to gain entrance to their house and the perpetrator having bail conditions not to return to the property which has been ignored and verified by vivid im the one now with extreme ptsd and unable to physically return to my home vivid have said just put cameras up. We have a joint main entrance so how can i ever avoid them. Im absolutely disgusted with them and if anyone is offered a vivid home do not take it. I am taking this a lot further and may be going public with the lack of support to the VICTIM of the crime.

Overflowing roof tank
My neighbour in Ratcliffe RD. reported an overflowing roof tank. Someone, form Vivid, appeared, after a week, looked at it and said that he needed other parts and said he would soon be back. Four weeks later he has yet to return and the water still overflows 24/7. Not withstanding, it is going through the tenants water meter, there is, now, because of the heat wave, a hosepipe ban. This overflow is wasting gallons and gallons of water. |Good old Vivid.

John and Julius very professional
John and Julius came to my home today very promptly to fix my roof. I was very happy with the work that they’ve done. They turned up with all the equipment that they needed and they competed the job very quickly. Both of them were very chatty and very friendly put me at ease and I definitely have them back to do work on my property.
