Viribus Bikes Omdömen 

Ordered one, received a completely different model with lower specs. When I complained they just offered a small discount. Dishonest business.

First of all, I was very happy to pay only $360 for my bike a year and a half ago. I was a bit leary at first, getting it through Temu (most of the time I'm happy with Temu) but spending that much made me nervous. Then I found out is an American based company and I felt better about taking a chance! Was I ever happy! Got the bike within 2 weeks and it's well made and works wonderful. I get asked questions about it probably every 2nd or 3rd time I ride it. I run all my errands with it, groceries, post office,appointments and riding up the lake to go swimming. I recently needed a part for the bike and the Viribus people were above and beyond helping me out! And fast too! I'm impressed with the customer service. They made me feel like I was top priority and that really felt good. Anyway i love my Viribus bike and I recommend the company to everyone who asks me about it!! Thank you so much!

I regret this purchase so much. The battery life is half of what they claimed and replacement parts are impossible to get.

Worst ebike I’ve ever bought. Constant error codes and the app doesn’t work. Feels like a toy, not a real bike.

Had higher expectations based on reviews, but my experience didn't match. A bit disappointing for the price I paid.

The bike looks nice, but performance doesn’t match. It’s okay for short rides, but not great overall.

Assembly took much longer than expected. Instructions could definitely be clear. Not ideal for beginners.

Bike had issues within the first few weeks. Something felt off the motor. Not reliable at all.

Love the bike so far, battery life has been good for my rides. I replaced the seat, pedals, and grips because the standard didn't fit my body well. "Vira" is resting for the winter but I can't wait to get back to riding in Spring.

The Viribus support team went the extra mile to help me get a part that I actually broke while working on my trike. Great communication with me and theu were willing to instruct me on how to order the part I needed.

I bought a Viribus electric bike directly from Viribus and I regret it. Customer service is lacking and initially responds with multiple computer generated AI messages. When a real person actually responded, they were curt and not very professional. Assembly of the bike is difficult, and accessories significantly over priced.

The trike itself is great, but I ran into problems while trying to assemble. The first major issue was that the rear tire chain was assembled around the body of the bike. I had to buy a bike chain tool to take it apart and put it back on correctly.

The paper and video instructions in general aren't very clear. Bolts fell off the bike as I took it out of the box and had to figure out where they came from. I purchased the TG1 Pro 350W and the instructions seem like they're for 250W or more generic to make it usable for all the models.
