Just what we wanted in a e-bikes we will use them at home and on vacations

Love my bike can pretty much assembled which was great. My boyfriend bought the white one which came with all the same parts but wasn’t assembled. It was really difficult putting all the parts on. Should have come with some instructions

Everything about the company is great. I’m not sure if the company itself has anything to do with the shipment but the only complaint I have is the shipment. Sometimes you get orders with different parts sent to you completely different days. Some parts come early some parts take weeks, but other than that I’m just anxious to have the part because I wanna enjoy it already because the product is amazing

Received XPLite2 (two) eBikes four days from order. Wow! Both look awesome! Great promo with free upgrades (headlight, seat, heavy duty front & rear baskets).

This bike has been amazing. It's super powerful and I almost never need it past level 2 in the city. It's easy to ride and control, and functions very easily without much work on your part. I ordered it when the add-ons came included which seems to add significant weight to the bike which might be the only downside if you have to lift it to get anywhere. I keep it in our house and need to lift if up 1 step to get it outside and it's doable, but very heavy.

Ordering and delivery were all good.
The bike is great.
My only negative comment is the communication regarding delivery and other notices. From day one fedex and Lectric said I would receive the bike on such and such date. I planned my schedule to be home. Lo and behold my wife gets home on the day before and the bike is laying on the ground (on the side that says do not lay flat). When I got home I was all excited and carefully opened the package. The next day - the day the bike was supposed to arrive - I get a text with a link describing the correct way to open the package!
But as we say - alls well that ends well. I giggle every time I bike up a hill!!!

Great packing job, even though box was damaged in shipping everything on the inside was perfect. Easy to assemble and ones together it was a great fun ride on my new trick. I also have a Lectric bike that I love. Great job!

Purchased for my grandson to travel to sport practices. It rides quite nicely in electric mode and he is super stoked to have a great bike. Had a little problem with the chain guard, sent them an email and quickly was remedied and a new one arrived. The assembly directions are all on line-utube,but difficult for those who like written directions.

The bike was packaged well and pretty easy to set up via the video that I was directed to in an email. I have ridden it 2x to work and so far so good. The only thing I am confused about is the cargo racks. I received the main one, which I have attached but there is a smaller with holes that do not line up. Also, a hard copy of the user manual would be nice.

The bike arrived in good shape except for some scratched paint finish near where the handle bars connect. I was frustrated a bit with the directions for assembly of the bike. The directions weren’t as clear with the pictures. Videos were available but there were so many it was hard to determine which one to use. I believe that specific how to videos should come up when you put in the model of the bike

information on web sight is great. was able to make decision on what wanted. The folding bike arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. My only complaint was when searching for a RV compatible ebike.the bike showed as a bike for RV, it is not light and does not fold up quite the way I had hoped.

I've ordered 3 bikes and a trike from Lectric. Their products are great quality and the company provides outstanding support. The LCD display on my first bike died after 4 years, and they replaced it for free--even the shipping. When the battery needed replaced, they gave me 50 percent off.

Bike came in damaged and does not work.
Had to take it to a repair center hours away. Wasting my time and gas. I purchased four bikes from this company.The last two bikes i'm having problems with that.I just purchased not good

NO instructions included, no keys. Called Tech Support and was on-hold for a long time - finally hung up. Was supposed to be packed with everything assembled except the rear wheel but it WAS NOT and accessories ordered also had no install instructions - I am frustrated.

My experience with Lectric bikes has been stellar! Second bike purchase. Purchased a Second battery for my first Xpeak and a new rear wheel. Every transaction has been smooth and professional! Customer service is fantastic! The bikes themselves just awesome! I'm pleased with every aspect of this company. Thank you for being what a consumer appreciates!
