The dress was beautiful & it arrived…
The dress was beautiful & it arrived quickly despite coming from overseas. I would say the client sales team were slow to responding to my email (took nearly 2 weeks) regarding assistance with sizing. I live in Melbourne and was unable to try a dress for my wedding. The response wasn’t particularly helpful, I ended up winging it based on my measurements & the information online which turned out was pretty accurate as it fits well.

The day I first shopped here
The day I first shopped here, I had a great experience. Unfortunately, when I came back another day, there was only one person working in the store. I wanted to buy a few more items, but since I was in a hurry, the employee simply told me they didn't have any of the things I was asking for just to get me to leave. It was a terrible experience.
