This was my first purchase from the Victoria Beckham site, and living in Australia, naturally there can be a little apprehension when investing in pieces like this online — particularly as someone who really values beautiful materials, quality tailoring and longevity in my wardrobe.
I ultimately decided to proceed with the purchase for two reasons: firstly, I have admired Victoria and her label for many, many years, and secondly, I have always loved her refined, considered aesthetic of the brand, which aligns so closely with my own personal style.
I purchased the Julia jeans in the blue wash, and from the moment they arrived, any hesitation I had completely disappeared. From the remarkably fast delivery to the beautiful packaging and, of course, the quality and fit of the garment itself, every element of the experience felt considered and intentional. I was so delighted with them that I very quickly found myself back online purchasing the Julia jeans in black as well.
What made the experience even more memorable was receiving a handwritten thank-you note in my letterbox several weeks later, thanking me for choosing the brand. Whether or not the note was from Victoria’s own hand, that personal touch genuinely made my day and felt like such a lovely reflection of the thoughtfulness behind the label.
Needless to say, my first experience has given me every confidence to continue slowly investing in key Victoria Beckham pieces for my wardrobe — all the way here in Australia. A beautiful experience from beginning to end, and I’m already looking forward to choosing the next piece!

Great experience!
The service was great, as polite as it should, human, not cold polite, though we were dressed in cheap jeans and t-shirts... The perfume I bought is simply excellent! It suits me perfectly and smells 24hrs! Just in London for a long weekend, all the way from Crete, Greece 🇬🇷 for Bruno Mars concert, the visit to VB boutique added value!

Colour finish poor quality
Burgundy has started to chip off the keyring already after a couple of weeks’ use. Disappointing that the colour finish is not more resilient given it’s a functional item and in contact with metal keys. Glad I purchased in the sale and not at full price.
