A very disappointing experience overall. Waiting three weeks for the bag to arrive is simply absurd, especially for a luxury brand at this price point.
The packaging was another major disappointment. Honestly, I’ve received orders from Zara that were packaged with far more care. There was no box at all — the bag was simply wrapped in paper and placed in the shipping package. For a Victoria Beckham bag at this price, I expected a much more premium experience.
As for the bag itself, the quality is acceptable, but the finishing is nowhere near the standard I would expect from a luxury brand.
Overall, the entire experience — from the extremely slow delivery to the poor presentation and underwhelming finishing — did not feel premium or justify the price.

Overall, a good experience and the product is great quality, but the bag I ordered is much smaller than expected. It would be helpful if the description showed what everyday items can actually fit inside. In reality, it only fits a couple of cards and a lipstick.
Paid delivery took over a week, and I would also expect a proper box for a designer bag rather than just a dust bag.

Ordered a sweater and after a week…
Ordered a sweater and after a week received no parcel or update from VB. I contacted their Customer team to find out there was a technical issue. Stuff happens I get it.
I was then advised they would send out a different size as the size I ordered was no longer available.
A week on nearly and still no sweater. I’ve chased their team twice now for an update and received no response to either email!
Well below the par for an expensive, supposed luxury brand!
