The day I first shopped here, I had a great experience. Unfortunately, when I came back another day, there was only one person working in the store. I wanted to buy a few more items, but since I was in a hurry, the employee simply told me they didn't have any of the things I was asking for just to get me to leave. It was a terrible experience.

I just wanted you to know that my experience at this time was great with the girl that assisted my daughter and me. But last weekend I went back to the store and a man treated me really bad. He wouldn’t even look at me while he said in a disrespectful way: “it’s out of stock” and he didn’t even let me ask. I felt bad and don’t feel like going back. Thank you

I was deliberating between two dresses while in the Dover street store,I went for one and left the other behind, a couple of weeks later I WhatsApp the VB store and sent them a photo of dress I did not purchase and they had a payment link sent to be and the dress out for delivered that day. The customer service, the delivery on time on polite . Checked to ensure the products arrived on time , which they did. Quality of products 10/10 .. they actually exceeded expectation cannot fault any of the items I bought . Very happy would definitely recommend and reorder some of the make up products I received.

Zu hohe Umtauschgebühren, sonst empfehlenswert!
Sehr schöne Auswahl und gut verpackte Ware, aber leider kann ich es nicht empfehlen in die EU zu bestellen, wenn man das Kleidungsstück nicht vorher bereits anprobiert hat.
Falls man etwas zurücksenden möchte, kostet es über 30€, da die Liefergebühr auch zu zahlen ist, das sollte man vorher wissen. Leider stehen die Kosten nicht in den Richtlinien.
Aber VB gibt es auch in vielen Onlineshops in der EU, bei denen nicht diese Gebührrn anfallen.
