My daughter and I were greeted by everyone and felt very attended to. The environment is a work of art that we will never forget. The products and fashion were so breathtaking that we wanted one of everything! No matter how many times our sales woman warned us of the eyeliner lid, we both beheaded ours as soon as we used them. Lol.

Updated - Resolved
Couldn't have been worse. Ordered, received and was wrong size. Was given a return lable and authorization. Returned item, then it was returned back to me. Did their chat after many emails to customer service were unanswered. From there, got a reply from customer service who said sorry had an issue with our global returns/returns portal. That's it. No hey it will be corrected soon, nothing. It has been three weeks. Terrible.
Update: once I gave my review I was contacted right away with an apology and a new shipping label. I appreciated the reply, but wondered what people who were not as on top of things as I tried to be would have done except maybe given up? In any event, I have yet to send off the item for the second time but my hope is no more issues. I will give it another try likely as I have a discount code, but will keep my fingers crossed I don't have another issue.

Sadly, Not a Good Experience
Sadly, so many things went wrong. In the end, I was able to jump through all of the hoops and multiple calls to process a return and an exchange, but it was def not worth enduring rude customer service and AI-enabled responses over and over. I love their designs (in the end, the exchange item was a flawed bag but I was too exhausted to even attempt to deal with them again), but I hope they get their processes and customer service together before (if ever) launching any stores in the US.

Disappointing experience this time
Disappointed that both items I ordered had to be returned as both too big. Sizing seems a bit hit and miss. Dresses seem to come up small so have to go up a size but a vest top and a sweatshirt came up too big even when I went for recommended size and checked measurements. Refund took over 10 working days after receipt back at VB and only credited when I chased the customer service team. Overall disappointing experience . Hopefully a one off as a regular customer and like to buy items from VB.
