your back end of advising delivery is…
your back end of advising delivery is appauling. Getting to speak to someone on your chat line is impossible and not manne by all account. When contacted its so long before a response, and sometimes it too late. I wont be buying online with you every again.. Ive had three not so great experiences.

I absolutely love VB’s fashion and I don’t wear a lot of dresses but hers are the only ones I love and mostly suit! Some are too long, a few pastel colours were a bit see through but I adore her designing.
Delivery was very quick. Returns very easy. Customer service were ok! Sorry but I did e mail a lot and they only got back to me when I put 1 star up on review. They will be busy but more staff if they are would help this not happening again? VB ❤️❤️❤️

Et que dire du cuir… une qualité absolument waouh ! On sent immédiatement le soin apporté au choix des matières, aux finitions et au moindre détail.
Je suis totalement fan de cette collection : épurée, élégante, intemporelle et incroyablement classe, sans jamais en faire trop. Chaque pièce a cette sophistication discrète que j’adore et qui fait toute la différence.

Never Shipped, Haven't Received Refund
Purchased a pair of pants and after over 2 weeks the item have not even shipped. I requested a cancellation but that response was not prompt either. And of course the are still holding onto my money. Would not recommend buying from this site at all! This is not at all the level of service you should receive from a luxury brand and their are superior alternatives elsewhere.

Disappointed at process for refund and lack of acknowledgment from Customer Services. One response to chase, told expect to be 7 days then went over and second chase not even acknowledged. Waited along time to get over £250 back. Will think twice in future.

There is a 34 euros return fee
There is a 34 euros return fee, probably only for outside the UK, although the website claims free returns. It is written somewhere, but it’s not at all clear! This is very discouraging when ordering items that you are not sure about the fit and/or the size. Otherwise, the service is fast and kind, the quality of clothes is great and the prices on the official website are almost always better than any other merchandisers.
