The returns were delivered 2 weeks ago and the customer service needs days to reply.

I ve made my order on 30 th , til now 8 th no shipping info, got refund for one item from my order as not in stock but item was in stock when I was buying it .. thing is that my order wasnt processed on time that is why item is not in stock… Waste of my time and money, regret that i even decided to buy from VB sale!

VB has no system of communication to customers if they cant or don’t deliver product ordered
They just wait for customers to complain
VB suggested I make a fresh order and pay for it, although I paid for order and never received it and was still waiting for refund
I got feeling I was very lucky to even get a reply

An exceptional experience at the Victoria Beckham store on Dover Street, London.
The store is beautifully curated and has such a sophisticated, luxurious atmosphere, but what truly elevated our visit was the outstanding service we received from Naeemah.
Naeemah was absolutely wonderful — warm, elegant, knowledgeable and incredibly attentive. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and took the time to make the experience feel personal and special, whilst maintaining the effortless professionalism you would expect from such a prestigious brand.

I didn’t have a good experience when I attended your shop to by some beauty products. I was standing next to the product counter looking for help but nobody made any move for quite a while. One sales lady was busy with another customer, another sales person was just standing around. Finally, the sales lady that was busy asked her colleague to help. Then after a few minutes the colleague had suddenly another customer to deal with. Another lady was supposed to help me who just disappeared before my purchase had been finished. I saw her standing downstairs. She finally was so kind to look for my products so that I could pay. She didn’t check if I am a registered customer and handed over the bag without even looking at me. This is not what I would expect from such an exclusive store
