I contacted Vico homes regarding my neighbours trees; they are self seeded fast growing maple and are now taller than my house and 2m away from the property.
When this was first reported 2 years ago Vico Homes (then WDH) assured me they would cut the trees down; at that time it would have been a small job, now two years later the trees are much larger.
I am now short of light in my back garden and my gardening has increased twofold as these trees and the mother tree are all dropping seeds into my garden, I have just finished cancer treatment and am getting my strength back so can honestly do without the extra stress.
It is completely obvious to me that the huge tree in the utility land needs removing because the saplings are taking over and the problem will only continue.
I need Vico homes to acknowledge that managing these constant saplings is too big a job for my young neighbour and please remove them.

Amazing service from Vico Home! I was expecting the blockage issue might take all day to sort out, but they arranged help incredibly quickly and the tradesperson arrived within an hour of registering the issue. He was very friendly, professional, quickly identified the cause of the blockage, and got everything fixed efficiently. Really impressed with how smooth and fast the whole experience was. Yearly gas check was done and there is an issue with boiler, the service engineer explained in detail the problem and will be sending someone out in the morning .He was very thorough professional and friendly ,left everything clean and tidy.Very nice chap.Quick on response to deal with issue .

Vico homes , trouble causers . Dont give a damm about peoples mental health n well being just make it ten times worse.

Visited my parents at Gill Sike House last week. I understand they are putting a new lift into the building but that doesn't effect the entire building, the tower block is filthy and considering the residents pay a service fee it really isn't good enough, doors, floors. Windows, lights all terrible used to be such a lovely building a shame it's gone down so much.

Full of fake reviews from workers. Look at their google reviews they are a lot more accurate. As a tenant I’ve had nothing but problems with this company.

Vico homes send emails out saying how they are there to help & support their tenants. I have rung up twice with a repair or help and all I get is “ we don’t do that” just what is it that I have to do to get someone to listen to what I have to say !!! Nightmare
