This is the second time I’ve had an…
This is the second time I’ve had an issue with the sizing. The size does not match what’s on the site. I purchased v-souls before in size 8.5-9, my new pair is the same size but they are too small. I’m upset because I was told I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement and I’ve waited a long time for these black and brown v-souls. I really wanted them.

They do what they say, feels barefoot but with protection.
It gives more feel, better balance and better grip for outside sports and parkour
(Preferably you get accustomed to said things prior to using these for such, as it is very different from normal shoes, but if you trained yourself barefoot, you should be fine)

I am writing to formally complain about the way my missing package has been handled.
My package was never delivered to me. I contacted your team on Sunday and followed up again on Monday, but I have received no response or assistance from you whatsoever.
I have also contacted DPD regarding the delivery. They informed me that they cannot proceed with the investigation or resolve the issue until Vibram, as the sender, contacts them directly and files the necessary complaint.
I have already reported the issue to you, yet nothing has been done and I have received no update. I find this extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the value of my order.
At this point, I urgently need you to contact DPD and initiate the investigation from your side.
I expect one of two solutions: either I receive the shoes exactly as I originally ordered them, or I receive a full refund of the amount I paid.
Please take immediate action and provide me with a clear update as soon as possible.

Très déçue par la paire que j'ai reçue
Très déçue par la paire que j'ai reçue. Totalement différente de celle que j'ai actuellement et que j'aivais acheté dans le magasin avenue de la République m. Trop compliqué à mettre pour ma séance de gym. Je vais essayer de nouveau mais peut être que je vais les retourner. Désolée d'avoir écrit cela. Je suis si bien dans la paire actuelle mais la semelle se décolle et cela devient dangereux.

Submitted an order, couldn't see it in my profile, it disappeared, money was taken. Only after a day i received a confirmation email, still no order in the account showing up. Delivery via ups but it's not working properly in many countries, it's been delayed for over a week
