My shopping experience was fine but the delivery part was trash. I NEVER got my shoes. USPS is very trash. Please use another carrier. My shoes are of course sold out so I’m out of money & my shoes. Angry to say the least.

Bestellungvorgang gut, UPS Lieferung schlecht
Die Bestellung und nachfolgende Info waren sehr gut, allerdings hat alles etwas gedauert. Lieferung mit UPS war sehr schlecht. Sehr weit gesteckter Zeitrahmen, kein zweiter Zustellversuch, statt dessen direkt an einen Abholpunkt gebracht, der gute 8-10km entfernt war. Was soll das?

Size Does Matter!!!!
Great sales, unfortunately it seems my popular size 42, were sold out on all the cool styles.
So reverted to size 41, hopefully the shoes will hold up the fact it’s a little tighter.

I have several pairs of Vibram shoes. My only negative comment is that they each fit differently, and it would be helpful if that were pointed out in the description. My latest purchase is a bit short in the toe and I would have purchased a larger size had I known. Otherwise, great products and fast delivery.

The V-Soul style is very stylish
The V-Soul style is very stylish. Very nice! I feel they are true to size if you have short toes and a narrow foot. If you have long toes and a wider foot i suggest sizing up. The shipping took longer than expected. However, i look forward to purchasing again.

Shipping was quick
Shipping was quick, shoes are great.
I don’t like that if the shoes don’t fit you have to pay for the return. Also in the Roadaround 2 I think there should be a photo that shows the inner part of the shoe because I thought it would look like the original Roadaround (everything else does) but that part doesn’t and I was a bit disappointed

I sent two returns back in one box, and only one has been refunded! I sent an email to explain this situation, but it has been two weeks and I have not heard back.
